Slowpokes

Ashur let them have the window for themselves and decided to do some quick meditation.

The reason he was doing this was that he wanted to meditate and see if he can understand the force better.

This was mainly because he knew Jedi and Sith meditated to gain a deeper connection with the force.

He wanted to see if he could meditate and understand The Force more, and maybe see if he could recreate some of the force powers he knew of in his previous life.

He also wanted to see if meditation could help him increase his magic stat like when he used the force.

He first focused on clearing his mind and soon removed the useless thoughts that were in his mind one by one until there was only one thought left, and that was his connection to the force.

He then focused on that thought, and delved deeper and deeper into that connection, and felt that he passed through many things before he found himself in a pure white space.

He felt that this space was unlike his Inner world, but he could that it was still inside of his soul.

The inner world was the place that housed the soul, and what it looked like was largely due to your own mind, but it could also be called a layer of the soul.

Souls have multiple layers, and the first and outermost layer is the soul body.

One example of this is the soul body of Ichigo and other spiritual beings in bleach.

This is the part of the soul that is mostly seen and interacts in the world, like how Ichigo's sister Karin can see ghosts and soul reapers, she is seeing their soul body.

The next layer is the inner world, and it reflects your mind and soul.

For instance, Ichigo's inner world is skyscrapers, and Ashur's is a black void with stars.

but there is also a third layer of the soul, and it is where power dwells.

To be honest, Ashur does not know anything beyond the second layer as that's the farthest he had gotten, as the more layers you travel, the harder it is to go deeper, and each people need to find your own path to reach it.

He had only heard about the third layer before from other gods but never put any effort to reach it.

He also doesn't even have a clue if there is a layer beyond the third layer.

But looking around in the white space, it seems that today, he might have accidentally reached the third layer.

Ashur looked around the pure white void and spotted three things.

There were two huge spheres of light hovering in the air next to him, They were over 10 meters long and looked like giant miniature suns.

One sun was grey, while the other was dark purple.

And as Ashur inspected them, he could feel the connection to them, and he soon figured out what they are. They were his divinities.

The grey one was respectively his time divinity, while the dark purple one was space.

As he looked at them, he noticed that every time his divinities produced divine power, it would be automatically sucked away somewhere.

He then soon moved onto the third thing that caught his sight.

In between those two giant suns, there was a small sphere that shone a beautiful silver.

It was only the size of a baseball and was hardly noticeable between the two massive suns next to it.

But he knew this was that he was looking for, this was [The force].

Ashur stared at the small sphere in amazement at how beautiful it was.

He slowly extended his hand to grab it, and he did so easily. It fit right inside his palm and Ashur was surprised how easy he was holding it.

Next, he wanted to do what he came here for.

So he sat down, and crossed his legs, as he held the sphere in his palms in between his legs.

He closed his eyes and tried to connect to and understand the force.

He tried to feel the force and shortly after immersed himself in that feeling and thought nothing else besides that feeling.

Meanwhile, on the outside, Riveria was staring wide-eyed at Ene who had slipped out of her hands and started floating around the carriage.

"Wahh! Get me down! Get me down!" shouted Ene as she floated around erratically.

"I'll get you down!" said Riveria.

Reaching out, she tried to catch Ene in the air., but every time she tried to catch her, his phone would suddenly move just a little bit away right before she could touch it. Riveria felt like she was being toyed with.

"Wake Master up! Wake him up!" shouted Ene with swirls in her eyes from how dizzy she was.

Riveria hurriedly ran over to Ashur and shook him, and Ashur's eyes suddenly opened.

"What is it? Did we arrive at the palace?" asked Ashur. Confused as to why he was suddenly woken up.

Riveria, instead of speaking, pointed to the floating Ene who was passed out with swirls in her eyes.

"Oh..... sorry about that" said Ashur embarrassingly, as he used the force to slowly bring Ene down and into his hands.

As Ene reached Ashur's hands, the carriage suddenly stopped.

before a knock was heard from the door.

"Princess, is everything alright in there? We heard screaming in there"

"Ah, a bug fell on me, and I was surprised and screamed, but everything is alright now," said Riveria. Trying to cover up what just happened.

"Alright then, we will be arriving at the palace in about two minutes"

"Two minutes!?" Riveria was shocked and suddenly raised her voice.

"Yes Princess, we'll arrive in about two minutes, do you want to continue in the carriage or walk?"

Instead of answering immediately, Riveria turned and looked over at Ashur.

"We'll walk," said Ashur. before then walked over and opening the carriage door, to reveal the knight leader on the outside.

After the knight leader saw Ashur and Riveria walk out, and turned to the other knight that were on horseback and said "Dismount!"

"Yes sir!" they all said in unison.

The knight leader then turned to two knights and said "Cray, Astiel"

Soon after hearing their names called, two knights appeared in front of the leader. The knight Cray had short gray hair and blue eyes, while Astiel had dark brown hair and light brown eyes.

As they stood in front of the leader, they looked at him before saying "Yes sir Astin?".

"You two will bring the carriage and the horses over to the stables"

"Right Away sir!" they both quickly replied, before quickly rushing away.

Knight leader Astin and his knights soon lead Ashur and Riveria towards the direction of the palace, and Ashur could even see it in the distance.

As they walked, even though Riveria tried to hide it, Ashur noticed that Riveria was really nervous about something.

After walking for a few minutes, they soon came across a set of stairs leading up to the palace, but as the others started walking up the stairs, Ashur stood in place right in front of the stairs with a troubled look.

As they were ascending the stairs, everyone soon noticed that Ashur was just standing in place right before the stairs.

"Ashur? Is something wrong?" Riveria asked.

Ashur turned and looked up at her before saying "I don't trust stairs."

"You don't trust stairs?" Riveria asked weirdly. 'Is this related to some kind of trauma he had?' she thought.

"Yeah, I don't trust stairs because they're always up to something!"

It took a few seconds for Riveria to get it, but as she did, she tried really hard not to laugh and maintain a stone face.

But her efforts soon failed when Ashur suddenly showed an exaggerated face of disgust towards the stairs, like he just saw the ugliest thing in the world, and she eventuality couldn't hold it in and burst out laughing.

"Pfthahahahaha"

Meanwhile, the knights were solemn, but if you looked at a few of their faces, you could see that they were trying really hard not to laugh.

Ashur looked at the laughing Riveria in satisfaction, before he quickly darted up the stairs and passed her while he shouted "Hurry up you slowpokes!"

"No you don't!" shouted Riveria with a laugh as she chased him up the stairs.

The knights could only follow them in dismay as they ran up the stairs to follow them, while also taking notice of how close those two seem to be.
