T

Chapter 10.

The white nothingness that was surround them started to bleed away, wind rushed up from underneath them as they began falling. Katsuki squeezed his hands tight onto Izuku's and Athena's who gave a reassuring squeeze back. They all began to fall faster and faster as the ground started to grow in colours, the wind rushing past their ears made them deaf and soon all their eyes began to water as the chill and the moisture in the air hit them. Katsuki looked to his right to see Athena, her hair and ears bellowing in the wind, but a kind and gentle smile was on her face, she did not appear to be worried and when her violet eyes meet his she smiled, the warmest smile she could produce. His heart leaped in its chest at the sight, and he wanted nothing more than to keep that smile in his head for all eternity. It was then that it occurred to him that her smile and that of Izuku's were the same, they gave him the same warmth and the same tightness in his chest, the same feeling of calm and love that he had been given from his childhood friend, but what could it mean, he didn't know this women that was leading him on this memory trip, he didn't even know if what she was doing wouldn't cause them harm, but once again he had listened to the greenette and followed him in to the unknown for answers. He had to bury this feeling deep down for now and concentrate on every changing world around him.

The ground was now showing a small town, houses and shops were coming in to view but it looked like they were heading to a small house, just outside of the main town area. When the ground was only a few feet away they stopped and floated in the air, just waiting for their hearing to come back and for their eyes to stop watering from the chill. Once Athena was happy, she gently led them all down and onto the muddy track that led up to the cottage with a thatched roof, walls made of stone and small but cute wooden framed windows, flower pots hung from under the downstairs windows and some of the garden had been converted into a vegetable patch, which was full of different coloured vegetables that looked ripe for the picking.

"Where is this?"

"This is my family home Kat; it is where I grew up and the best place to start for you to learn about me".

Athena led Katsuki and Izuku's along the mud track and the sound of stones crunched underneath their feet, the place felt so real to him that he was unsure if this was all in his head or whether she really had transported them all there.

She reached the green wooden front door and opened it to reveal a hallway, to the right a large and bright living room, pastel colours and various furniture filled some of the space and two dogs lie in front of an open fire. To the left was the dining room and kitchen where noises could be heard. She led them through the dining room and into the kitchen where her mother, father and brother were all sitting and waiting for her to arrive, the smell of eggs and toast filled their senses before a small girl came into the room, her hair tired in a ponytail, an unknown uniform covered her body and green, soothing but piercing eyes sat above a freckled face.

"This is my family Kat and as you have gathered, that is me that just sat down. This is the day everything changed for me".

"What so fucking special about today?"

"It's her 13th birthday Kacchan".

"And?"

"You see that letter I'm holding; it explains about the Authority and how they will be watching me today. You will know more about them very soon".

They all watched as her brother and herself finished eating before heading upstairs, a few moments later they came back and put on their shoes and left the house.

"Where the fuck you both going?"

"It's a school day and we are both walking to school. You don't need to see anything from that but what happens during school".

The room around them began to spin, colours, sounds and smell all mixing and melting into one once again before they fell, wind rushing past them. This time a building was forming underneath them, a sort of school building, with what looked like a cemetery to the side and just as before they stopped a few feet above the roof and softly landed. The cold air rushed through them and sent a shiver down their spines. Lots of students were on the roof and so was Athena, she was with two others as they sat and ate their food, whilst Athena had just a drink and watched a small grey bird. In a flash her body changed to that of the bird, screams and food was knocked over and a pile of clothes lay underneath the bird's body.

"What the fuck?"

"This is when my quirk decided to show itself to the world".

"So, you have a fucking quirk, why is that bad?"

"In my world having a quirk is considered illegal. They are so rare that only 5% of the whole population have them. You remember me saying about the Authority, well they are about to come and take me away, just watch and you will see".

They all continued to watch as Athena grabbed her clothes from under her naked body and rushed to get them back into place before a couple of men in black suits arrived to take her away, she was dragged to a van and thrown in the back, locked up and taken away from all the prying eyes that surrounded her. She lingered on this memory for a bit, looking at her two friends and how shocked and scared they seem to be of her, small tears fell from her eyes as she tried to steady her breathing.

"Athena, it's OK, It's all in the past now"

"I know Izuku, it just still stings"

"So, where the fuck you going to drop us from next. Getting fucking fed up with the falling shit".

"Sorry, this is the way this works. We are going to the Authorities building, what you will see next won't be easy".

As before the images blurred and mixed until they fell into the dark hallway of the Authority building. They all watched as she was dragged and stripped of her clothes before the stakes pinned her into place. Katsuki watched the torture she endured and felt her shivering hand in his, low and menacing growl were coming from Izuku, and he knew that the worst was still to come. As the images before him grew more and more intense his body shock with rage but his blood ran cold from the acts that were being thrown at a 13-year-old. She had endured so much already but what had made her so connected to his friend that he still didn't know. He continued to watch as the days seemed to blur into one, the stakes being the constant thing in the torture routine. He was impressed at how well she handled all the abuse she was being given and started to admire her determination to live, that was until he saw her nearly get raped. Katsuki may have been a cold and angry person on the outside, but inside he was the kind, soft-hearted person who wanted nothing more than to save others. The one thing in the world he hated the most out of criminals and villains was rapists and murders, and now he was going to watch a rape happen right before his eyes with nothing he could do. He turned to look at Athena who had a wet line running down her face, but she was not crying at this memory, in fact she was smirking, a smirk he knew all too well from his friend. It was as smirk that said you haven't won and beaten me yet.

He was taken back to the memory before him when he heard a scream, it was not Athena's scream, but the man that had been trying to rape her. She has shifted into a tiger and was mauling the man to death. He was shocked at the image, but he was also pleased at how she had managed to save herself from being violated. The more and more he watched the more he wondered how she could be the same person, but in truth he didn't know her and that thought alone was starting to frighten him. More and more images from her memory as played until he recognised two very familiar people enter. Endeavour and All Might had come to play with her.

"What the fuck are they doing here?"

"They are the owners of The Hero Club. They brought me to serve and have come to take me away".

Izuku suddenly squeezed Katsuki hand and when he looked to the greenette he was looking around, watching and listening in the distance.

"Athena, someone has entered the room we are in, can you release me so I can have a look.".

"How the fuck can you tell?"

"I can sense them, and their scent is becoming stronger"

"What's its smell like?"

"I'm not sure but can you please release me, when she says it's OK, just let go of my hand"

"Sure Izuku, we won't be too much longer now. You can let go now Kat"

With that Katsuki let go of Izuku's hand and his body shimmered out until it was just him and Athena.

"Kat, there is something I need to show you, but it is something that Izuku doesn't know about".

"Why the fuck doesn't he know?"

"It would be something that would hurt him, and I do not want to do that. If I show you this, you need to promise me not to tell him"

"I 'ant promising shit until I know what it is"

"It's the reason I call you Kat and how I became to be in your world".

"Fine"

The image of the club came into view and with it along came the image of himself. It was the spitting image of him but with one difference, the burnt grenade mark on his neck. He was shocked at first but as he watched he saw how the two of them interacted, how they would tease and challenge one another, how they would look at each other and soon how they acted outside of the shows they put on. He watched as the two of them made love and how it had resulted in her becoming pregnant.

"What the fuck"

"Izuku said he could see a pregnant woman in his dreams and how she was hurt and bleeding. That was you, wasn't it?"

"I had seen him too, just before I was about to die, I saw Izuku's image in my mind and the next thing I know I was sharing this experience with him. What I have showed you, apart from the bit about us Izuku has also seen. He knows that I was pregnant, but he does not know who by. He was the reason I was brought to your world and the reason we are sharing this together now. I know that it is a lot to take in all at one but please Kat, for his sake do not tell him. He admires and loves you so much that I think it would destroy him to know."

"I won't tell him shit about it, but why tell me?"

"You deserved the right to know why I call you Kat and why I trust you not to hurt me"

A new image began to form but this time it was Izuku and Athena, in a memory like they are now but Izuku is talking and it all about Katsuki, how much he admired and loved him, how he had grown up with the blonde and how he couldn't picture a future without him by his side. Katsuki was blushing from the memory he was being shown and when he felt Athena pull his hand, he looked to her, she was smiling and showing him a genuine look of love and trust. He couldn't take his eyes of her violet eyes and when she pushed herself up to place a kiss on his lips he didn't move, instead he just let her, too shocked to move away but too entranced to fight back. She moved from the kiss before letting go of his hand, she blurred and shimmered away and he was back to lying on the bed, her in his arms and voices behind him. He turned over gently so as not to wake her and was meet with the cold stare of an angry Alpha.
