Cheating ex-wife

At a very popular street in country A, dazzling lights flooded the roads and buildings around, residents moved here and there, either to their homes, or looking for places to catch some fun but one place stood out in particular.

A building, a very jaw dropping building stood out from this street.

This beautiful night, a group of second generations poured into the building like ants, laughing, screaming and smiling.

This building was nothing to them but a restaurant. A very high end restaurant that catered to their vanity. Not anyone could get a pass into this restaurant without a reservation but they did, and they chose to flaunt it.

"Sasha, what are you doing here?"

A dumbfounded twenty year old Ethan stood at a table dressed as a waiter, ready to serve the next customer, before his eyes caught sight of his wife, in the midst of a group of wealthy dressed people, their arrogance and attitude telling everyone how influential they were.

"What does it look like I am doing, you idiot?"

She sneered, moving closer to a handsome young man in his late twenties dressed in a business suit, sitting beside her with her arms wrapped possessively around him.

"You are cheating on me?" He asked, astonished, his eyes wide in realization.

"After all I have done for you?" Ethan choked out, his words breaking and tears threatening to fall from his eyes.

They had been married for two years, and in these two years, he had done everything to please her, even going as far as working, day and night without rest.

"News flash, dummy, this isn't cheating because we were never married in the first place." She mocked him by waving her hand dismissively.

"I only moved in with you because my grandfather made a deal with your grandfather before he died and I thought you were some big shot just because of how handsome you are, who would have thought you'd turn out to be a nobody?" Sasha replied in anger, hate filling her being as she stared at him in disgust. "An orphan!"

"How could you expect me to continue suffering in poverty with you? You can't even buy yourself a complete set of clothes!" She said it ruefully, shaking her head.

"How could you say this to my face Sasha?" He shouted, his eyes glistening with tears, staring hatefully at the woman in front of him. "You are only saying this to hurt me!"

"We are married, there is a certificate sitting in the wardrobe at home and you are shamelessly cheating on me in public!" He insisted, closing his red eyes, shaking his head, his hands loose to the side, causing the tray he was holding to slip onto the floor.

"Ha! What certificate? Isn't it fake?" She snickered. "Are you that stupid? Haven't you heard of people being paid to pose as priests? Then how can you call this cheating when we were never in a relationship?"

She mocked him by raising her chin in the air and causing the people seated around and within earshot to sneer at him.

"N—no"

He remarked, shaking his head repeatedly and forcing himself not to believe her words as they stabbed his fragile heart.

"But why?"

He choked out with tears flowing down his cheeks, his voice breaking at the sight of his woman in another man's arms while she trampled over his heart.

"Why?"

He asked again, his voice hoarse, barely above a whisper, still not wanting to believe all that was happening.

"Why would you— how could you do this to me?" He choked with red eyes.

"Don't you get it?" She asked, expecting him to know the answer to his stupid question.

"I don't like you." She said it as a matter of fact. "And I don't want to be tied to an orphaned pauper all my life! I want to be free!"

"I try my best, I work day and night just to meet your needs." His heart bled as he spoke, shattering into a million pieces. "I even quit going to school because of you, and this is what you have to say to justify your actions? Where did I go wrong?"

His knees finally gave out, causing him to drop on the floor with a loud bang as tears poured from his eyes, looking at his supposed wife with blurry vision.

"Hey look, he's crying!" A sneer broke out from the group circled around Sasha and the man.

"Look how a grown man turned into a baby~" Another sneered.

"So spineless, can't even handle his wife cheating on him."

"Sasha, I pity you so much, just look at how your husband embarasses you."

"I think they are made for each other with the way they whine and cry, don't you think so?"

"Yeah, birds of the same feather, no wonder they got married."

Countless jabs and sneers left their vicious mouths one after the other, erupting mocking laughter.

"Shut up! He's not my husband, didn't you hear what I said?!" She screamed with a red face.

"Honey, make him go away; he is embarrassing us, I don't want to see him." She whined, turning her attention to the man whose arms were now wrapped around her waist.

The man looked at her with a sly smirk on his lips.

"And how would you want me to do that?" He inquired, raising an eyebrow at her whining form.

"Get him thrown out or something; I don't care, just do something." She moaned with pouty lips, looking at him with shiny watery eyes.

"You know I would do anything for you, love." He cooed cunningly, stroking her cheeks affectionately with doting eyes.

"I won't let anyone harass you, and anyone who does would face my wrath."

He gave a warning threat, his voice ringing through the noisy restaurant and making everyone fall silent.

His glaring gaze met his once-lovely rival still on his knees with a teary face.

"Daniel!."

Sasha fawned quickly, capturing his lips and pulling him in for a kiss.

She kissed him with no shame, loudly moaning and opening her left eye to peer at the broken man on the floor.

She grinned like crazy seeing him clutch his chest, his dried, stained cheeks now gleaming as fresh tears glided down.

She deepened the kiss, jumping on him with her legs wrapped around his torso and grinding on him like they were the only ones in the restaurant.

Gasps and whispers were heard, but mostly the shuttering sounds made by phone cameras were audible.

They pulled away from the kiss, both panting hard with flustered faces.

"Wow!"

Daniel exclaimed, his eyes clouded with lust and his voice hoarse.

"If this is what I get every time I do something you like, then expect it more often." Daniel gushed, licking his lips with his tongue.

He was a notorious playboy, his sugar-coated tongue made him all poisonous.

"You could get more, you know," Sasha whispers, seductively grinding her hips on him, causing him to groan.

"You only need to get rid of that pest in front of us." Sasha whispered into his ear, her hushed voice making him go crazy while he tried to hold her still.

Ethan watched the scene in front of him in horror and bewilderment.

His eyes stared lifelessly at everything in front of him. The once-hopeful glint in his eyes now faded like smoke as tears continued to stream down his face.

Never in his life would he have imagined his wife—now ex-wife—acting so slyly.

In those years they had been married, they never once had any intimate activity, all because he was too scared of tarnishing her.

She had always acted like a virgin in front of him until this day.

He never once thought his ex-wife was a professional prostitute, as she had no shame doing all she did in public.

He swallowed the tears that had threatened to fall once again, his face hardening for the first time as little by little he began to pick himself up.

He wiped the tears from his face with his sleeves, every evidence of tears gone in an instant, the only reminder being his puffy face.

He stood with shaky feet, his hardest gaze settling on his "to-be" ex-wife and her lover, Daniel Sullen, one of the most prominent men in the country from a wealthy family.

He was an average millionaire with different companies and a huge net worth, but he was a player to the core, a womanizer, he used and tossed women as he pleased.

It was no wonder Sasha latched onto him using her charms, even at the cost of being played.

His movements caught the eyes of many, and instantly hushed murmurs erupted from the crowd as they tried to take in the new scene that was about to unfold.

"What?" Sasha sneered angrily, feeling his prickling gaze on her skin. "Want to beg me to take you back? Don't think about it!"

"I am not begging." He breathed out, a calm look on his face but his hardened glare still on.

"Wha— what?" she asked, surprised.

"Yes." He shrugged. "You were right; I could never give you what you want, and I am glad you found someone who could."

"I was only sad I was deceived, nothing more." He replied nonchalantly, rolling his eyes at the stupefied look on Sasha's face.

He dropped the bombshell, earning a loud shriek from Sasha as she stared dumbly at Ethan.

"Now, if you would excuse me, I have to get back to work," he added as he slowly walked off, drying the last of his tears.

Suddenly, a hand landed on his shoulders, roughly pulling him back and causing him to stumble.

"And who says you could leave?" A deep, angry voice cut out.
