Chapter 205: Yon-Rogg, the Master of Verbal Evasion

"Be careful, another test subject has appeared." As three Kree soldiers with blue skin were the first to spot Clark in mid-air, their long rifles were already pointed at him.

One of the Kree soldiers, a big-bearded man, spoke first: "Little guy, I advise you to surrender obediently, or we won't be polite."

Clark, however, was unmoved by their words and flew towards them with his hands behind his back.

"Hmph! A fool who ignores warnings, you're asking for trouble!" While speaking, the big-bearded Kree soldier pulled the trigger, aiming not for Clark's vital parts but his left leg.

As Clark had anticipated, their purpose on Earth might not have been to eliminate those failed test subjects but to capture them and bring them back to the Kree Empire's capital, Hala.

It was up to the Kree to decide whether they would continue experimenting on these mutants or simply use them as cannon fodder on the battlefield.

Without any visible action from Clark, the energy bullet shot by the big-bearded Kree soldier was blocked by an invisible force three feet in front of him and deflected, leaving a crater the size of a large washbasin in the wall of a nearby building.

"Lincoln, Alisa!"

With exclamations, Skye and Sif also arrived. Seeing their people captured by those "blue elves," Skye roared and sent out two shock waves with a raise of his hand, blasting two of the Kree soldiers away.

The last Kree soldier turned to shoot at Skye but was blocked by Sif with her shield.

Universal Attraction!

Without waiting for the enemy to fire a second shot, Clark used his gravitational magnetic field to pull the Kree soldier in front of him and choked him by the throat.

The two Kree soldiers previously blasted away by Skye were now returning to shoot at Clark but were disarmed by his gravitational magnetic field, which snatched their rifles and threw them tens of meters away.

"Bastards!" Seeing this, the big-bearded Kree soldier shouted angrily: "You can't treat us like this; we are noble Kree warriors. Do you want to start a war?"

"War?" Clark scorned: "You're not worthy!"

With a wave of his hand, he knocked the man to the ground with a shock wave. A killing aura emanated from Clark, making it difficult for the three Kree soldiers to breathe as cold sweat slid down their foreheads.

After a cold glance at the three, Clark finally spoke: "I advise you to understand the situation before you speak. You are now my prisoners, and your lives are at my mercy. Now, answer my question honestly: What is your purpose on Earth?"

"Hmph!"

Seeing that their Kree status did not intimidate Clark, they chose to remain silent, adopting a defiant attitude.

"Quite tough, huh? In that case..." Clark hesitated for a moment, then activated the vibrating power of the Blood Sky, knocking the three unconscious. He casually threw the Kree soldier he was holding to the ground and turned to Sif: "I remember these Kree are also one of your targets. They're yours now."

Skye rushed forward to free the captured mutants, removing their bindings and gags. He anxiously asked one of the young men, "Lincoln, why are there only a few people left? Where's my mother, and where are the others?"

After freeing two people, they could help Skye with the rest.

The young man known as Lincoln, after being freed, immediately said: "They intended to capture us and didn't kill too many. Only Laina and two untransformed kin were killed. The others, including your mother, were rescued by Gordon and taken elsewhere."

Skye sighed with relief but became anxious again when Lincoln mentioned that three Kree had gone after them, possibly able to track Gordon's location.

Clark frowned, admitting he couldn't track Gordon or the Kree's location. "Their communication devices!" he realized.

Clark took a communication device from one of the bound Kree soldiers and, after failing to operate it, looked helplessly at Sif: "Do you know how to use this thing?"

Sif, more accustomed to magic than technology, was unsure but eventually suggested contacting Heimdall for help.

After a brief connection with Heimdall, the guardian of the Bifrost in Asgard, Clark shared a vision of the Kree chasing the mutants.

Clark then contacted Captain America to take care of the Kree prisoners and their advanced weapons, potentially useful for Hank Pym's research.

After dealing with the prisoners, Clark, Skye, and Sif used a portal to confront the Kree soldiers chasing the mutants. With Heimdall's guidance, they managed to intercept and capture the Kree, turning them over to Captain America.

Finally, at a convenience store, they encountered Yong Rog, the Kree squad leader, known as a verbal master among the Kree. Sif warned Clark about Yong Rog's strength, setting the stage for a confrontation.
