Chapter 110 - Phantom Lord Guild End

Caelum could have killed them but he didn't want Makarov to feel involved if he killed them since he's still human and didn't want unnecessary bloodshed considering none of them were actually harmed. He was not that petty to kill them which is why he crippled all of them making them worthless and hardly a threat now. Caelum completely erased their ability to use magic items as well and would likely die since they have many enemies. 

With his luck, they bound to die in some way or another without even doing anything. He flapped his wings arriving back in the guild but this time used magic to cancel the impact and folded his wings back into his body. He went inside the basement where Makarov asked how things went.

"I destroyed one of their branches and removed everyone's ability to use magic."

They felt relieved and shocked that he easily destroyed their branch guild in mere minutes after leaving and even claimed that he removed their ability to use magic altogether. Makarov seems to pity the people since they weren't even involved, showing his naivety in believing the human heart. Though, Caelum doesn't deny that people can change doesn't mean everyone is the same. 

"Hahaha as expected of Caelum!"

Natsu exclaimed since everyone knows he's the strongest mages in the whole Fiore unaware that it is the whole world. 

"I am relieved that you showed them mercy, Godfather."

Makarov felt a burden lifted not wanting any bloodshed to fall in their hands. Caelum nodded and said.

"Alright, let's start remodeling the guild."

Before anyone could say anything Caelum reconstructed the whole guild hall and building, shifting the entire town of Magnolia becoming the version from Mirajane design bringing everyone in the main hall letting them see the new changes. When Mirajane took a moment to look around, made her eyes go wide in realization and went to hug Caelum arms.

"You've remembered my design!"

Caelum warily smiled since it was horrible drawing but managed to understand it with his comprehension. Everyone was pleased at the result of their new guild hall.

In the next, Afternoon, 

Time passed...

Afternoon, everyone inside the guild were just resting, drinking or anything in between when suddenly someone ran inside the guild and said "The Phantom Lord has come!" Soon after, the earth started shaking.

Everyone ran outside into the back of the guild and when they arrived were all taken aback, they saw a building moving through or more like walking through the use of six gargantuan mechanical legs.

Such legs were connected to the building by large, flat round parts bearing the guild's symbol on them, which seemed to appear from rectangular holes on the walls, and bore other, more bulging, bolted round parts in correspondence to the legs' "joints", from which a number of pipes jutted outwards, letting out large amounts of steam or smoke from them. Each leg ended in a part consisting of four flat protrusions jutting outwards, granting it more stability when moving and standing still. Due to their great length, the legs allowed the guild to literally cross large bodies of water while remaining suspended several meters above them; in addition, as evidence of their gigantic size, they could reduce solid stone into rubble simply by stomping on it.

As it is walking and reaching its destination which is just in front of the backside of Fairy Tail guild with a canon that they call Magical Convergent Canon or Jupiter Canon pointed towards Fairy Tail guild. Suddenly a voice can be heard shouting. 

"Fairy Tail, how dare you destroy one of my guild buildings and break my guild members bones. We have come to declare war with you! Fairy Fleas!"

"Jose! Stop spouting nonsense! You're the one who attacked my guild first! if war is what you want I will give you war!"

Makarov responded fearing not for his guilt but how the situation might escalate especially with his Godfather.

"Heh, Makarov do you think you can still fight me as an equal? You have grown old! But, We will not attack if you are to hand over Lucy Heartfilia!" said the guild master of Phantom Lord guild named Jose.

"Lucy? We will never hand over Lucy to you! Let's fight!" 

Natsu said angrily.

"Yeah! We will never ever give our friend a bargaining chip!" 

"Since you don't want to hand her over, then war it is. Fire the canon!" 

Commanded Jose andsSoon the cannon released a compressed beam of energy that wreaks destruction wherever it passes.

Everyone in the Fairy Tail guild seeing the incoming compressed beam towards them felt fear.

"Master, please protect everyone I will stop it," 

Erza said as she ran forward and stopped just some meters away before the water as she requips her Adamantine Barrier to try and stop the attack.

Makarov and Natsu tried to stop Erza but the others held them down. If Makarov tried to take on the full force of the cannon's attack he would suffer grave injuries thus the guild members also stopped him.

Erza, who used almost all of her magical power to make a barrier and stop the cannon's attack. The compressed beam traveled fast and just about to hit Erza, But suddenly her father appeared in front of her.

"Father!?"

"Sorry, sweetheart. Your mom was too tempting~."

"Father, too much information."

He laughed making Erza blush while the sound of a beam could be heard firing the cannon toward Caelum. In that moment, he churned his energy and flick at the beam cancelling it without an issue

"I was having fun with my wives and yet all of you interrupted it?"

Jose and the other guild members of Phantom Lord guild were dumbfounded, they all thought.

 'Who is he? How could he stop the Jupiter cannon's attack just like that?'.

Jose, the guild master of Phantom Lord, asked, trying to hide his initial shock. 

"Who are you?!"

"Me? I'm the demolition guy, and yeah no need to pay me."

Caelum nonchalantly said while stretching a bit. Jose tried to say something back but was stopped when someone went and told him.

"Master, h-he is the one who destroyed the guild" 

Jose furrowed his eyebrows and said to Caelum with his voice that can be heard from afar.

"So you are the one who Gajeel called a monster huh. I would like to see just what you can do" 

He arrogantly said, still blinded by his ego, forgetting what he just did earlier. 

"Ohh? That's the name of the little runt? Well didn't he tell you anything?" 

"So what?! I am one of the Ten Saints Wizards, don't you compare me to him" 

Jose said as he boasted his title. Caelum just chuckled and said.

"Well, if that's the case it will be boring to take you out now. Erza, Ajest takes the other two elements while I get the water one and you Natsu, well just take your pick."

He lazily said heading towards the water elements to see if Juvia was there since he does like her especially how obsessed she became with Gray. Natsu, hearing what Caelum said, he yelled out.

"Happy! Let's Go"

He runs forward and jumps up as Happy said "Aye!" As he flew up and took hold of Natsu then flew towards the Phantom Lord Guild headquarters. Everyone vanishes as Caelum just heads to the water elements part where he is greeted by the rain. He turned to see a slender, teenage girl with azure blue hair, midnight blue eyes, snow skin complexion and a curvaceous figure. She was wearing a knee-high dark dress coat which is adorned with four, symmetrically placed, light-colored buttons on the chest.

 The coat is garnished with fur trimmings around her sleeve cuffs and neck. Juvia wears a matching, dark, Russian-style hat, stylized with a light-colored butterfly clip, which, in itself, is attached to the fur trimming garnishing her hat. It completes her outfit by fastening a light brown belt around her waist and wearing complimenting, dark brown, thigh-high boots. She also no longer curls her hair, instead letting it fall in thick waves past her shoulders.

"Drip drip drop."

This was none other than Juvia and Caelum was a bit surprised that she looked like the Grand magic game arc rather than having a rolled hairstyle. Caelum did like her a lot, especially her obsession. Her expression was stoic yet the moment she laid her eye's on Caelum immediately made his [ Harem Parameter ] skyrocketed and couldn't help but be dumbfounded.

"Juvia seems to have forgotten something."

She quickly went for a U turn trying to hide her blush looking at Caelum's body. Her heart was pounding violently but then she remembered what had to be done and went back to look at Caelum.

"Juvia thinks you're handsome but won't back down. Phantom Lord is my home and Juvia needs to defeat you."

"Then let's dance, beautiful~"

Juvia's heart was struck by an arrow from what he just said and just blindly used her water spell to make water slices toward Caelum who intercepted using [ Silver Aura ] sword and moved towards Juvia who came out of her thoughts and quickly intercepted him. 

While they fight, Caelum tries to persuade her by putting doubt into her heart since she deserves better than this fake comradery. Caelum slices every attack from Juvia who starts to doubt having flash of her life and how she had been always alone. 

In the end, Juvia was defeated on the ground feeling helpless looking at Caelum who standing where the sky kept pouring as Juvia thought that she was going to die by his hands closing her eyes waiting for the inevitable but to her shocked when she felt the sky stopped raining opening them to see Caelum face smiling holding out his hands.

"Why didn't you kill Juvia?"

"That would be too boring, instead take my hand since I saw in your eyes that you are lonely. Take it and I promise you won't. Be alone again."

Juvia heart felt being filled with strange feeling and about to take it when an attack heading their way that Caelum quickly intercept and place Juvia behind him who surprise at the sudden turn.

"Cowardly move, bastard."

He said looking at a tall, slim man with long, straight, black hair reaching down to his shoulders and a thin mustache, which was given a dark reddish tone in the anime. He has got a long and sharp face, vaguely pointed ears, prominent eyelashes, and dark-colored lips.

His first attire bore a resemblance to the fictional depictions of both a sorcerer and a jester, consisting of a flamboyant coat with a high collar that sported a jagged mantle and jagged lower edges, as well as intricately decorated borders and inners, featuring two prominent wings similar to a bat's, with a matching witch-like hat bearing Phantom Lord's symbol, complete with an extremely long, bent top hanging down on Jose's left; a plain shirt which sported his Wizard Saints medallion around the neck, with two light ribbons falling down from it, loose striped culottes paired with long socks, and a pair of pointe shoes each bearing two furry balls, one on the front and one on the back of the foot. While donning this attire, his left hand's fingers were adorned by a pair of rings, with one of them sporting a spherical gem.

"Oh? Pissed to see the Water bitch almost getting harm? You should be grateful I'm willing to finish th job." 

"Even though she is your comrade?"

"Comrade? Since when did the strongest guild need something stupid like that?"

He mockingly said flaring his magical energy while Juvia watched looking at Caelum back. Jose was confident gathering another attack while his opponent was just deep in thought.

"What!? Are you scared that you don't know what to say?"

"Nope, just can't decide how I should defeat you but I guess this will do."

Jose smirked was change into dread when he felt pressure unlike anything he felt before and unable to react quick enough when Caelum vanished grabbed him by the faced and immediately used his power to pry into his memories while also torturing him with [ Penances Curse ]. Unfortunately, Caelum couldn't get any information about who tried to set the timeline in how it should be.

'Is it the god Chronos?'

Caelum thought before erasing Jose completely. He finished turning his attention to Juvia and took her in bridal carry. 

"Hope you don't mind."

She was in a daze as her imagination went wild before fainting from the overwhelming feeling. Caelum chuckled at her reaction and went back with the others where the girls saw him arrive carrying another woman.

"Another?"

Mirajane pouted while Caelum chuckled telling her that she was about to be killed by her master making Makarov frown asking what happened to Jose which he gave a vague answer. When the fight was over, Caelum looked at their phantom headquarters using his magic to transfer everyone inside back into the land and snapped his fingers causing their whole guild to disintegrate into nothing. Everyone was dumbfounded at the result and after a while took care of the aftermath of their battle.
