Sarah's POV:
I dropped my fork angrily and turned to Elma. "If something goes wrong with my daughter, then I won't spare you."
"She is not your daughter and if you want to keep her. Then find a good lawyer," she chuckled and stood up, picked up her suitcase, and went upstairs.
I couldn't bear to stay in the same house as her; it was time Amber and I moved out.

Mrs. Tyler and I took Amber to the park, and she had a lot of fun, but I kept getting lost in thought. I knew Elma wasn't just blabbing; did she meet with Victor?
"Sarah," Mrs. Tyler called, and I stared at her.
"What's wrong?"
I shook my head in denial. "I will make a call." I excused myself and walked to the quiet part of the park before dialing Kira's contact number, and it got connected.
"Sarah?"
"Have you heard any news from Victor?"
"No, why?"
