Sarah's POV:
My treatment started this morning. I received my first round of chemotherapy, and I was administered a combination of drugs through an IV line while a nurse monitored it closely.
"Tell me if you feel awkward," she said for the tenth time, and I nodded, the fluid slowly flowing into me.
My gaze moved to the left, and Jacob smiled at me; he was the only one let in.
"It will soon be over," he muttered, and I nodded.
"I feel dizzy," I said to the nurse, and she nodded. After a while, I fell asleep.
"What's this?" I found myself in an enclosed room, all painted white.
I was still in my hospital gown. "Jacob," I called, but got no response. "Elma, are you there?"
"I am here," I heard a familiar voice say. I turned behind me to find Bella, dressed in a black gown and wearing a crown.
"I am here to take you with me; you finally died and didn't make it to heaven."
