A video of different girls walking played on the monitor, "We had trouble deciding who would win the runway section, but after careful evaluation we settled on the person who ruled the runway. Fifi Rousseau." Fifi squealed and walked forward as she received a golden pin from Marielle, "Congratulations Fifi, you did well." Next, pictures played on the screen, one after another. "Now, this one was decided on as soon as the picture was taken, and BONi was alerted immediately. By tonight, the winner of the picture segment will be able to see their face on the cover of BONi Autumn Edition. The winner is..." Marielle paused for dramatic effect, "Lucette Lemaire." Lucette looked at her picture briefly before feeling a body pounce on her and a pair of arms tightly wrap around her, "We made it!" Lucette smiled briefly at Fifi who was having a whole party of her own as she continued to hug Lucette. Lana, along with multiple other girls, stared at the pair with jealousy. Not only had they won, but they had also been consistently taking all the spotlight from everyone else. Lucette, noticing the jealous glances, 𝑤𝑖𝑛𝑘𝑒𝑑. She winked at the girls and with a devilish smirk, made her way back to the kitchen where she lazily popped cherries into her mouth. Fifi sat next to her, humming a lullaby as she stared out the window. The scene was calm and picturesque, theybwere truly worth the win. Finally, another girl stepped into the room, she seemed slightly hesitant before saying, "Lucette?" Lucette's eyes met the girl's, who then continued to speak, "Umm... Is it true that you're adopted?" The girl, Mina, hid her smirk by looking down. Lana had promised to help her in the next round if she managed to embarass Lucette and Fifi, so she continued, "Oh... Fifi is an illegitimate daughter right?" Fifi cringed away from the girl who had simply laid out her insecurity for the whole world to know. Lucette stood up, stretched, and said, "So what? Should Fifi have told her father not to have children before she was even born?" Lucette tilted her head to meet they eyes of Mina, "Women who bring down other women... those are disgusting human beings." The room was drowned in silence once again as Lucette took the bag of cherries and walked into the piano room. On that account, the episode ended and people were left speechless when they watched this scene, once again, Lucette's Instabo was flooded with comments and followers. Some Mina and Lana followers hated immensely on Lucette who had upstaged both of them and according to some netizens, "victimized herself". When Lucette checked her Instabo, she had 50k followers and plenty of hate comments, which she did not bother answering, instead, she busied herself replying to some of the people that supported her. People were astounded with her kindness, and after her followers noticed the way she completely ignored hate comments, they begun to do the same, only going out of their way to report the comments and occasionally the accounts that went with the comments. Though Lucette's followers weren't much compared to others, they were more organized than most other Fandoms. Just before she went to sleep, Lucette had 5200 USD transferred into her account from BONi for her apperance on the cover and one other appearance. Lucette ended up waking up quite early to a message that said, "𝙴𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢𝚘𝚗𝚎 𝚖𝚎𝚎𝚝 𝚞𝚜 𝚍𝚘𝚠𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚒𝚛𝚜 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚒𝚖𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚊𝚗𝚝 𝚗𝚎𝚠𝚜!" Everyone rushed to get ready before meeting Mariette downstairs, surprised that there was already cameramen there. "Good morning girls! For the next shoot, we will be teaming up in groups of three for our first swimsuit photoshoot!" Mariette continued, "The group that wins will receive immunity and a spread on Vague Magazines. 𝐻𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟, that can all wait. Today, we can all rest. So do whatever it is you want to do today, and see you next week for shooting." The other girls decided to once again, spend their time in the pool or others reading, Lucette left the mansion, this time two cameramen following her out. She simply looked back at the cameramen and smiled gently, though it was a small action, it gathered plenty of attention once played as part of the montage of what the girls spent their time doing. Lucette found herself near a fountain, a man playing the piano close to the fountain, after asking for permission, Lucette joined in on his playing with a violin that she had brought along. Together, the two gained more attention as the sound of the piano and the violin blended together to create a beautiful melody, many people stopped to take videos after noticing the camera's aimed at Lucette. For the first time, Lucette was trending on Instabo, the people who were already her fans were proud, while in this single video she hooked more fans. After playing a couple of songs with the man, Lucette somehow ended up in a park with no one else there, though after a couple of minutes of silence, a young girl approached Lucette, "Oh my goodness! It really is you!" Lucette looked at the girl with confusion, unsure of who the girl was as she had never before in her lives seen her. The girls excitedly clapped, "I'm Evonne, and I'm a huge fan! You are prettier in real life than in TV." Lucette smiled, "Well that's worrying." Evonne neared Lucette, "Can I take a picture with you?" Lucette nodded and watched as the girl pulled out her phone and Lucette did the same, asking the body guards to take the picture for them. Evonne continued to speak with Lucette, though she was not usually a person that spoke much, something about Lucette made her feel comfortable enough to talk for hours, and Lucette never seemed annoyed, instead she patiently and kindly listened. When Evonne got Lucette's number, she then believed herself to be the luckiest fan in existence. As the night drew closer, Lucette walked Evonne home and took a taxi back to the mansion for herself. When she returned to the mansion, she was surprised to find Lana crying and a group of girls surrounding her, sending glares at her. Lucette stared at them, confusion clear in her eyes, before deciding she did not really care and walking into the room she shared with some other girls. However, before she could make it in, the girls blocked her entry. Lucette was now certain that Lana had said something to them, and Lucette, who had been out the entire day, had somehow turned into the villain. She shrugged, turned away from the dorm and walked into the dorm where Fifi was staying. Later that day, she posted the picture that had been taken with her fan and captioned it '𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚏𝚒𝚛𝚜𝚝 𝚏𝚊𝚗 𝙸 𝚖𝚎𝚝 𝚘𝚏𝚏𝚒𝚌𝚒𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚢. 𝙷𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚘 𝙴𝚟𝚘𝚗𝚗𝚎, 𝚒𝚝 𝚠𝚊𝚜 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚕𝚢 𝚖𝚎𝚎𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚢𝚘𝚞.' Her post, coupled with Evonne's enthusiasm about Lucette's kindness left a good impression on many netizens, and before anybody knew it, the week was over and the time for shooting had come. "Hello hello. Lovely to see you all again! Last time, we had five contestants return home, and now, as we move on to the second round, who will return home and who will stay?" Mariette looked at the camera meaningfully before turning back to look at the girls, "Now, for the first part of our contest this week, you girls will be challenged to a popularity contest! However, it will not be amongst international fans but the residents of this area. Gaining votes is completely up to you." The girls were then ushered into dressing rooms, "For this competition, everything from hair and makeup to shoes and accessories must be handled without any help from us. Now, begin!" Lucette had walked around the small island for a long time the day before and had quite the understanding of where the most popular nearby areas were. She noticed that on separate occasions that she went outside throughout the week, people seemed to pay more attention to her when she was dressed in a softer style. She didn't blame them, it was unusual here as most people were dressed in dark colors and thick coats hoping to attract warmth. She quickly got to work, her makeup was more on the pretty side her lips tinted a deep red and blush applied to the apples of her cheeks. After rummaging to through the clothes they had been given, she put on a white dress with white lace up heels. Her outfit and make up seemed to add to the already fairy like appearance she had, and even though the dress might seem simple on others, on her it looked like a masterpiece, which, after all, was the job of a supermodel. When Fifi went to her and asked for help with her makeup, Lucette decided that Fifi's attitude filled walk was something that left everyone in awe, and so perhaps a similar clothing style would have the same effect. She was correct, dressed in an open black winter coat with a black turtle neck and black thigh high heels, she looked powerful and confident. Other girls then hesitantly approached her, the regretted their actions the previous day now that they realized they would need her help. Lucette decided this would be a perfect moment to boost herself and gave the girls small tips on how to improve their looks until Mariette finally entered the dressing room again and said, "Now, you girls may not team up, from here on out, you must work individually and gather your votes on your own, here you girls go." Mariette handed each of them fliers which contained information on how to vote. The first thing Lucette did was post a picture of herself on Instabo with the caption, '𝚅𝚘𝚝𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚖𝚎?', and steps on how to do so. She then met up with Evonne at the same park in which they had met, she pulled out her violin. The plan was to get people to arrive from the sounds of her violin and then have Evonne hand out fliers to get them to vote. What she did not expect was that people, even though they had no idea who she was, stayed for her entire performance. With this method, a violin and a pretty girl, she gained multiple votes in just thirty minutes, leaving the crew in shock. However, she quickly begun to fall behind as others, who were more influential, called on their own fans. Lucette was not one to give up, and she would be darned if she made Evonne come out all the way here just for her to loose. Admittedly, 300,000 USD was quite the insentive... Just as Lucette was falling to fifth place, the crew was once again surprised as she rose to second place again, though still significantly behind Lana. Evonne had, in hopes of raising Lucette's votes, shared information of the competition to her own Instabo, and after the information had been shared multiple times, people who did not know anything about NTB, begun to take an interest in the show. Though some votes went to other contestants, a huge amount was directed at Lucette. Her votes surged forward even more when Gregory Lemaire and Benedict Lemaire shared her on their pages. For a brief instant, people believed their Instabo had glitched, though glitches, Gregory posted a second time, it was evident her family was supporting her. Well, part of it anyway. Lucette herself was surprised about the help she had received from Benedict, after seeing him at the dinner table on that day, she believed that he was much like Abelle and full heartedly supported Annette, though now she was confused. Lucette, however, even with the added help of Gregory and Benedict stayed in second place. Still, that was not the end of it, as people had the remainder of the next three days to vote. Today was the only time, however, that the girls would be free to advertise for after that the swimsuit photoshoot would begin. When Lucette returned home, some girls sat in the living room with guilty expressions. As soon as they saw her walk in they rushed to apologize for they way they had acted, though Lucette did not care much for apologies. For Lucette, once something had been done there was nothing that could take the action back. Most apologies were not really sincere to begin with, and the more insincere people were with apologies the less Lucette viewed them with a positive light. Finally, Lucette shrugged off the apologies, though obviously not accepting them which, for an unknown reason, made the girls quite nervous. One of the girls, believing her apology was not enough, especially after kicking Lucette out of her own room, explained the situation to Lucette, "Lana told us all that you said...some very not so magical things to her, we believed her in the moment, but after you helped us in that way even after we were not so kind to you, we know she was lying." Another girl guiltily stepped forward, "Yeah, I just never thought the oh so sweet Lana would be such a rotten person. Some of the girls still think you're just pretending though..." Lucette smiled, a kind smile, "I... don't really care." With a final smile, she turned back to the direction of Fifi's room and entered without knocking. Fifi was the only one there most of the time, which resulted in an extremely peaceful room. Lucette sat with Fifi when she suddenly felt her phone vibrate under her. '𝙲𝚘𝚗𝚐𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚞𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜, 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚖𝚊𝚍𝚎 𝚒𝚝 𝚚𝚞𝚒𝚝𝚎 𝚏𝚊𝚛.' 'Who is this?' '𝚅𝚊𝚕𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚊𝚗.' 'Oh, the Artist of the Year.' '𝙳𝚘𝚎𝚜 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚖𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚝𝚘 𝚢𝚘𝚞?' 'Yes. Get people to vote for me.' When Lucette received laughing emotion from the man, she put her phone away. She did not mind getting free help, and if it happened to come from a handsome, rich, and famous man, then all the better. She was, after all, in the world of the Entertainment Industry.
