Dark clouds hovered over the entire dungeon city today.
Hints of lighting can be seen moving around within the cluster of dark clouds.
*Grind*Grind*
Even in this weather, inside a dark room the God of moon and drink Soma kept moving his hands and creating new wine without a care in the world.
*Pitter-patter*
Rain starts falling on the window near God Soma's working table.
*rumble*
A sudden lightning illuminates the interior of the dark room for an instant.
"God Soma..."
A calm voice enters God Soma's ears as he stops brewing his wine and looks at the window.
A shirtless young boy is standing on the window frame with a sword in his hand and traces of blood still left on his body as well as his blade.
"I'm here for an update"
The boy says in a calm voice completely disregarding his appearance.

I look at the familiar figure of God soma silently pulling up his hand.
He didn't question me about where I've been for the last two days or how I got these injuries.
Just silently doing what others asks of him without a raising a single complaint because.....
He just doesn't care.
'Atleast I don't have to pretend to be someone else in front of him'
I thought of him before as a heartless jerk whose pride is to high to care whether his familia member's are alive or dead.
But as I look at those eyes hiding behind his long bangs I find them....
Familiar
Those eyes uncaring about the world around him looks all too familiar to me right now.
I silently place my back near him and await for my upgrade.

'Yet another one'
I look at this member of my familia Which I don't even remember.
"I'm here for an update"
I don't waste any time as I quickly raise my hand for him.
'Lets finish this quickly and go back to brewing wine again'
I silently say in my mind as I wait for him to come closer.
I wasn't like this before.
In fact many years ago when I first descended to the lower world , I was filled with expectations and diligently helped my familia grow.
I wholeheartedly supported my familia and made us grow from a small to a middle sized familia within a couple of months.
'Unfortunately...'
I came to know how weak my children's were to my divine wine.
They asked, begged and did everything that they could just to have a drink.
Faced with their weak wills and depraved desires I...
gave up.
I gave up on my familia and started to focus on solely improving my wine making skills.
I used my own children to test my newly created wines.
I didn't care about what others said or thought about me.
After all what's the point of listening to someone who cannot even drink one of my wines any stay sober.
I put a small cut on my finger and drop it on his exposed back.
My divine blood mixes in his back.
'Just about done...'
I say silently in my mind as I look at the shinning light coming out of his back and then---
*BOOM*
My surroundings changes as the wood floor under me gets replaced by uneven rock floor.
'What just--'
*Screech*Screech*Screech*
My thoughts come to a halt as I look at the hordes of monsters around me crying and rushing out.
'What is this....'
My heart start beating faster as I see all of the monsters rushing towards a small hill nearby.
In a long time I pull my hand up and part my bangs to take a closer look.
A boy.
A young boy standing all alone in a sea of monsters.
With no armour covering his body.
All he has are those two swords and those mesmerising eyes.
He looks at the stream of monsters and open his mouth to say in a calm voice without any fear.
"Come"

"...."
"God Soma??"
"huh...Y-yes"
I shutter a little as I return from that thrilling scene.
How long has it been?.
Since I saw such a child.
Since I saw such an adventure.
My heart starts beating faster as I look at the boy with the same face as the one from before.
"My status"
"Let me take a look at it..."
I calm my emotions and in a long time seriously look at the status of a child of mine.

I find the figure of God Soma looking at my status as incomprehensible.
'So he does his job sometimes as well"
Maybe it's just my imagination but I see the eyes behind his bangs shinning.
'I suppose I was wrong.....'
I feel a sudden dejection as I look at his unfamiliar eyes.

But this tiny feeling also goes away as soon as it came.

I grab my status and take a look at it.

I got this skill after continuosly injuring myself and the healing with the potions.
Myabe my body remembered the healing effect of the potions...
I put my thoughts aside as I look at God Soma and say.
"I want to upgrade to lvl2".
