Waking up with a huge headache,I found myself in a desolate area void of life with corpses littering the ground with the sky dyed red breezing with a thick blood mist.

Hunger,anger and pain was all I felt and Miserable were the words fit to describe my current situation.

Glancing around,I questioned what I was doing here which I assumed was a  battlefield and a war had just taken place due to the weapons impaling the dead and the opposing cloths worn by the dead soldiers.

My vision soon because blocked by a notification from the system but unlike before,the text looked like the were dripping in blood and the tone of the system was much more colder.

[Ding: Attention Attention!!! A time breach is detected and due to certain circumstances,the current mission is halted]

My head was filled with questions regarding the current situation and I was slightly amused on haven occupied the body of a dead child and I felt slightly scared due to the words of the system

I was in a daze looking at the words of the system especially when it said I would be noticed by E.N.D.

I was exasperated at my situation, first I attempted an Ancestral Trial,next I got tortured by a woman due to my carelessness and next I find myself in the middle of nowhere.

I summoned the my status to examine the body I occupied.

Browsing my status,I was surprised to see a high Soul Points and looking at it's still rising number,I could only conclude it came from the souls of the soldiers around me.

Ugh' I groaned while removing the sword impaled on my chest causing blood to flow lie a breached dam

'Sigh, at least i won't be defenceless after this' I thought while calming my mind for a meditation,I decided to elevate my strength to increase my chances of survival.

Reciting the Heartless Mantra,I used Soul Points fueling my breakthrough from Level 1 up to Level 10 of the Meditation Plane which was very easy considering I already had experience.

The Meditation Plane was the first level one needs to experience before undergoing Soul and Spirit Cultivation.

Soul and Spirit Cultivation is deemed as the hardest because of all the requirements needed and one can remain blocked at the Meditation Plane for his whole life without hard work or Natural Resources.

When a person achieves completion,ones thoughts become 10 times more faster than that of a normal person and having achieved that,I had at least some confidence in protecting myself.

"Oh a rat managed to escape sigh~Milik your carelessness will be our doom" said a man dressed in golden armor with a huge halberd on his shoulder while walking towards me with 4 of his companions.

"Hehe Captain it's not my fault he's still alive considering I stabbed him in his heart but who knew his heart wasn't on the right

I was startled by the appearance their group causing me to be apprehensive considering the stifling pressure I felt from the  man in golden armor whom I assumed is in the Body Tempering Realm while his companions each bolstered a Cultivation base of middle level to high level Qi refining,a group I couldn't handle at my present state.

Choosing to delay time,my face turned pale and I started stuttering while backing away in freight in an attempt to weaken their guard.

"Hehe Captain it look as if this rat was just lucky,let me finish him" said Milik while licking his lips in a cruel and haughty manner.

"Make it fast" the Captain said

"Die brat" shouted Milik while charging with a spear in aim for a stab.

Milk's speed was very fast that he appeared before me in an instant.

Gritting my teeth,I pushed this body to it's limits managing to dodge the deadly stab while rolling on the ground but still,no matter how fast I was the spear grazed my body which instantly broken my ribs.

Though my thoughts were fast,my body was slow to react and I could only helplessly watch as the spear penetrated my heart while nailing me to the ground in a brutal show of strength.

It was not long before a new group arrived on the scene

They consisted of only five people with two of them walking in front.

One of them was a hunched-over old man, not emitting any pressure, but looking at him gave a sensation like looking at a beast from an inch away on the other hand, the other one was a young man beside the old man who had a long white hair

His eyes were pure white and he had a handsome face that when combined with the power of his light,gave him a holy presence and unlike the old man,his aura was bright and mysterious and deep adding an allure to his already captivating presence.

Without even needing to think,one would know he was undoubtedly a peerless genius or young master, possessing strength far above average.

"Crown Prince Light" Milik exclaimed in an astonished tone .

Hearing his name being called out,Light glanced indifferently at Milik whom after his exclamation became silent with his expression morphing to fearful one.

"My apologies for disturbing Your Highness,this foolish subordinate of mine was simply awed by your presence" said the Captain in a respectful tone while shielding Milik behind him"

Light gave a deep gaze full of meaning at the corpse of the kid who was nailed on the ground, Lights indifferent expression turned to a surprised and amused one but he hid it well and his gaze simply lingered for a bit before concentrating on the Captain.
