CHAPTER - 27

I COULDN'T FALL ASLEEP AFTER I MET YOU,

CAUSE I KNEW REALITY WAS BETTER THAN MY DREAMS....

"I think I who know who did this madam..", V smirked.

" If you see closely there is an 'E.C.' scribbled at the very bottom... And I'm sure that no one other than our Elena Clair uses those initials."

"Elena Clair.... Was. It. You?", The principal asked in a deadly voice.

You stood completely calm before the furious woman which kind of surprised both the boys and your friend who now had a tight grip on your arm. You smiled as you fished your phone out of the back pocket of your bag and unlocked it before tossing it to V who was standing the closest to you. Confused, he glanced at the old device to see the photo gallery displayed. He clicked on one of the very few pictures, eyes widening on what was in the folder.

He scrolled through the photos which clearly showed BTS painting on the wall. V stood stunned before glancing at you who was smirking. Jaw clenching, he deleted the photos before throwing the device back at you as you caught it with ease.

"Maybe...", You smirked since you knew that the principal couldn't even as much as touch you after the confession.

You maintained eye contact with all the boys of BTS but were harshly spun around to face your friend.

"You did that?! Are you seriously as dumb as to write your initials even if you did!!Girl, Why are you looking for trouble?!", Jihyun whisper-yelled but you gave her an 'I'll-explain-you-later' look before facing the principal, hand on hips, waiting for her to speak.

"Elena would you mind stepping in my office for a moment?", The principal questioned, not knowing if she should yell at you or not. Her job and well-being seemed to be more important that her pride at the moment.

"Of course not ma'am, I'd actually like a cup of hot chocolate with you.", You commented cheekily causing the latter to clench her jaw and nod with a sickly sweet smile.

The principal entered the office slamming the door behind her waiting for you to enter. You followed her footsteps slowly, stopping a good distance from the real culprits.

You kept your gaze at the door as you smiled and spoke in a whisper loud enough for them to hear, "Deleting the pictures wouldn't help sweetheart... You think I'd be stupid enough to pass you such important evidence without considering you could delete it and keeping a back-up??", You glanced at the scared males with the smile still lingering on your face "Guess you under-estimated me didn't you?", You whispered loud enough for your voice to be audible to the boys before turning on your heel and walking to the principal's office like a bawse. [LILLY SINGH ANYONE? ;)]

'Shit' was the only word that left the stunned males' mouths as they glanced at each other with alarmed eyes.

"You guys would probably be suspended... Maybe even expelled, if it ain't your lucky day.", They heard a voice comment, spinning to find that it was just your friend who had just listened to the whole conversation.

Taehyung scowled at the girl who was desperately trying not to laugh, bumping his shoulder in her as he led the group to the rooftop for a possible meeting.

You closed the door behind you before seating yourselves in one of the swively chairs, waiting for the woman standing near the huge glass window to talk. When she didn't speak up, you started gazing around the office spinning this small marble ball on the table with one of your hands.

"I know that suspecting you without any evidence is wrong, Ma'am, Knowing that you wouldn't do anything as indecent as this. I would like to question you... Since it seems like you do know who did this."

"You're smarter than I thought you would be, I'm actually impressed.", You replied, amusement clear in your speech, "As a matter of fact, I do know who did this.... But I'd prefer you to leave this situation alone and not make a big deal out of it. I'd deal with the culprits on my own..... If it is necessary of course.", You continued before getting up to leave.

"But ma'am, They Insulted me."

"ARE YOU TRYING TO SHOW ME YOUR DEFIANCE HERE?!", You screamed slamming both of your hands on her desk scaring the shit out of the once composed woman.

"I'm re-really sorry ma'am... I didn't - I didn't mean it like that.", The cowering woman stuttered out as you towered over her.

"You. Better. Not.", You whispered dangerously before your mouth twisted back into a calm and composedly sweet smile. You patted the woman's head as she flinched away before walking towards the door, stopping to say something you'd almost forgotten.

"Oh! And I'll be leaving for home at the moment. If anyone asks... I've been suspended. Get. That?", You asked head tilted at the side.

"Of-Of course Ma'am.", The woman, still stuttering, hurried forward to open the door for you, bowing deeply as you gave her a disgusted glance.

You walked out of the office and were instantly bombarded with questions from your best friend.

"Are you okay? What did that witch say?? Did you expose those shitheads? Are they suspended??", She questioned jumping up and down in excitement.

You looked over your friend's shoulder to see a worried BTS hanging on every one of your words.

You sighed before replying, "I am okay but I got suspended for the day. And no, I did not expose those shitheads", chuckling lightly at the nickname. You giggled as you saw the visible widening of the eyes of the eight people in front of you.

"But w-why? This was probably the best opportunity to avenge everything they've done to us..... to You El!!", She cried, looking at you for an explanation.

"What game are you playing? Huh?", Taehyung questioned with a scowl as he continued by saying, "You wouldn't let us get away with it if you weren't getting benefited, would you?"

"Do I really have that bad of an impression in-front of you guys?", You questioned with a sad, soft smile plastered on your face.

Taehyung scoffed at your expression. "Where did you learn acting from? You two-faced bitch."

The boys and Jihyun glanced at Taehyung with wide eyes, shocked at his words. They knew he had gone too far, but he on the other side, Unfazed, waited for your answer.

"Maybe... I'm just tired of fighting with you guys and wanna be friends with you after-all..... I can't force you to like me. I know you guys are too.... classy to talk to someone like me and I'm sorry. But that's just actually who I am.", You whispered in a voice full of hurt, a single tear drop rolling down your cheek before you ran down the hall out of school.

"I swear to god, If anything happens to her Mr. Kim Taehyung... i'll bury you alive; Remember that.", Jihyun growled before chasing after you, screaming your name on top of her lungs.

"Dude are you crazy?! She got suspended while saving us from that witch's wrath just to become friends with us and you acted like that!!", Jin exclaimed hitting him on the shoulder.

But V on the other hand, did not react to his hyung's scolding at all. He was too surprised by the way the girl had acted. After all, No one except the boys had ever done something as sweet as that to get his attention.
