well technically the deal was who gave the final hit, and it was a combo attack which took down Mewtwo Armor (but Mewtwo was still active and left the arena which causes disqualification) so in a way it's a tie But if one count who did the most support it's Ash (Aura, Mega Evolution, Pikachu ability etc)
