If it was the DB power levels yes. but these are changed to make more sense. I cant use the og because they are truly screwed. its obvious that the creator didn't realize what road dragon ball would take.

Well. The OG power levels aren't very stable. As even master roshi obliterated the moon at PL 180. So im kinda going with a changed system. Peak all might will be about 10k power level. with only 7-8k being effective due to the rest being ki he cant use. Mean while all for one will be of similar power level. But with a variety of quirks that make him a slight bit stronger.

Thank you for reading this and liking it. But there is this one big issue with uploads. I am a 3rd year high school student and have around 34 hours a week at school 21 hours of after school lessons, and need to use atleast another 21 or more to study for just the after school lessons. Coupled with the fact that I have to sleep amd eat like a human being I only have a couple hours of rest. If for whatever reason I am more free during some weekend or whatever I will write. But I dont think I will be able to dor a while.

Its still currently peak All might, theoretically 60 times stronger than injured All might. If a guy with barely any organs can still change the weather with a punch, He is more than 1000 power level at peak form. And I will boost him a little bit further. Around 8-10 k power level. For plot reasons. .
