well it has been 15 years since he recarnated and a little bit more since he watched the anime in earth 1. Also at that time he didn't have the high intelligence quirk with absurd memory (since earth 1 is technically our world). So, naturally he forgot a few things. details and the not so major characters. also he wasn't an otaku meaning that he wasn't as interested in the anime.

The guy was already shot and apprehended by the authorities and locked up in Isengard. Also, Shiki is not a killer, he wants to redeem himself for the possible deaths and injuries he caused with the accident that killed him. Justice means to put the guy down without killing him, Vengeance means taking revenge and killing the guy. Something he doesn't want to do.

nope, no bender gender and no major oc's. Most characters will be either from other anime or canon and except Ziggy and Kampe (Edens Zero & Fugou Keiji Balance: Unlimited) they won't be major.

as mentioned before, Sakumo shot Shiki but at that moment he activated his quirk overdrive and because of the gravity negation the bullet was pushed back and wounded Sakumo, and he was captured and treated. Anyway thank you for the comment, really appreciate it☺️
