The MC rambles a lot with random comments

I didn't like the episode, it was very random

I thought it will develop well but it does not have a constant rhythm, time in the story passes as if nothing jumps from one thing to another, instantly nothing is seen as a development to the character, for example his personality is not reflected at all, a chapter is happy, normal after 5 years and he pretends to be happy and then he gets depressed without context of what happened
