the Problem with Battles like this is, they have insane amounts of Magic but have the body of th Average human, they should not be able to see a fast moving rock and be able to react to it. Dodging maybe ,doing a counter spell no. There was never anything said about magic enhancing speed and Perception Or reaktion speed. For me such fights should Happen in Slow-mo enhanced Perception . and a few Seconds are Stretched over the leangth of chapters.
