I've read till chapter 46, it's not much but some things did not sit well with me. In the middle was a chapter where the mc narrated an entire 'scene' to someone else which should not happen. Imo it should have been made into a separate scene, which the mc remembers as a flashback. There were other things like too little information on the mc. The mystery needs to be hidden I know, but you've gotta give the reader at least something, or it will become boring quickly. Those mysteries just help the mc sometimes like plot armor and then vanish like they were never there and the mc suspects nothing(maybe that or he just doesn't want to remember, or like he's running away from them). These were two things that didn't sit well with me. Thank you. If this story becomes better later I will pick it up again maybe

This story here is comparable to legends like A Will Eternal, Record Of A Mortal's Journey To Immortality, Stellar Transformation, etc. and is quite similar to them. So if you're searching for some keywords here's your cup of tea. I've read the raws of this story as well to chapter 3300s (just showing how much I know about this work). The plot is INSANE, the progression is amazing, you will not feel bored at any part of the story, though some parts might seem like fillers they just build up the plot. The main character is similar to Record Of A Mortal's Journey To Immortality, decisive when killing but will not provoke unless provoked first. Short form eye for an eye, goodwill for goodwill. No harem although there are many girls after the mc but he avoids every girl other than the fl(he won't go around f*cking every girl he lays his eyes on like those other novels nowadays). The world building has a lot of mysteries to explore(does not follow the concepts of our universe obviously like every other xianxia). Also one more last thing, in this novel mc is OP(but he is not invincible with plot armor everywhere ) but he still has times when he falls down, loses cultivation then recultivates. I like that very much(very very much it gives King of Gods feel) but some casual readers might not enjoy that. Each part where he falls down there is story buildup, not badly done at all and I appreciate that. If you pick this up, Happy reading comrade!

I don't know what to say, but I'm sure of one thing, the story feels amazingly forced to the point where the mc is literally telling the exact dialogues he had in a conversation with someone to a third person. The abilities are also explained in a similar fashion. So, no thanks I just can't bear it, if other people can bear it, they might appreciate the mystery maybe, though those mysteries also feel forced.

I just want to say: "With each chapter you read you feel like the plot thickens." I'm at chapter 200s when writing this and boy there is so much mystery stuff going on. I honestly can't tell much about the whole world because the story still(I'm at chapter 208) takes place in the academy. I can't say much about character design but after reading this much they honestly creep me out sometimes. This story has quite a bit of focus on the feeling of OBSESSION(yes capital letters because daym you'll know when you read this story)
