"Item? Skill breaker?"

The name itself was confusing to Jordan so he decided to check the information on the item.

"The passive skill should be strong because the grade is SSS."

Jordan wanted to use it on the Moon Sword as it was his only main weapon. He also wondered what type of passive skills the Moon Sword would bring.

[Sync allows the Moon sword to have abilities of shape-shift meaning the {Moon Sword} can change shape into any other weapon with the same strength. Sync also allows the user to control the movement of {MoonSword}. For example, the user can call the {Moon Sword} from far-off distances with a simple thought. ]

In Jordan's opinion, this passive skill was too powerful as it meant he had all types of weapons in his hand with the same level of strength. It was quite well known that all the different types of weapons had different types of strength.

One of the such example was that the sword was used for short-range combat whereas a weapon such as a bow was used for long-range combat.

Looking at the moon sword in his hand, Jordan had a simple thought of changing its shape, and that was all it took for the Moon sword to turn into a spear.

He also noticed he could change the shape to some extent, such as making the spear a little longer or making it a little heavier or lighter to carry. But there was still a limit to how much he could change the height and weight.

He had gone outside to use the skill {Sync} to try out various kinds of weapons.

He decided to first try the spear. He hurled the spear toward a group of zombies that were trying to run toward him. The spear instantly penetrated through the skulls of dozens of Zombies.

Jordan again had a simple thought, and that was for the Spear to go back into his palm. The Spear that was far off in the distance had stopped and it looked like the reverse of what was happening previously was occurring. The spear landed in Jordan's palm

Jordan tried out a few more different kinds of weapons and learned a little more about the passive skill. {Sync} allowed Jordan to feel a strange connection with the moon sword. It was as if the Moon sword was part of his body. Jordan could get that it was from the name itself, 'Sync'.

Looking at the corpses of the Zombies, a frown slowly appeared on his face. "These Zombies are too weak. I haven't seen a single level 5 or above Zombie till now."

*ding!*

[StarNight: WARNING TO EVERYONE! LEVEL 9 ZOMBIE AT SECTION 9, IT'S DESTROYING EVERYTHING! DO NOT GO NEAR IT, RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!]

Jordan's eyes widened while looking at the notification. "Level 9?" He had only met a level 5 Zombie till now, which was in the dungeons. But he also knew the dungeon boss had more HP than the normal bosses.

"It's a good thing I'm near section 9." Jordan immediately started to run in the direction of section 9 while swinging the Moon sword to kill the Zombies on the way.

Even Hugo had appeared, slashing his large claw and easily killing Zombies.

"I wonder how strong the Zombie would be... Wait... System, do Zombies also have skills, or does only the Dungeon monster have that?" It was a question that had suddenly occurred in his head.

[Zombies above level 10 will have skills, but Zombies having a skill below level 10 is very rare as Zombies start to develop some brain after level 10. To clarify the user's confusion, the system will explain in detail.]

[Zombies below level 10 are mindless and have no sense, however, Zombies above level 10 start to have a small sense of their surroundings, so they will be more aware of their abilities and use it accordingly. The stronger the level also means the smarter the Zombie, the higher the level, the more efficiently the ability will be carried by the Zombie.]

"I understand. So there is a really less chance that the level 9 Zombie would have an ability, but I hope its strength and speed would make up for it."

Screams could be heard as a large Zombie grabbed onto a boy's neck and suddenly...

'T- That Zombie... Ate his head?'

The large Zombie was chomping off the head, opening its large jaws and taking huge bites. Jordan frowned at the disgusting sight. The Zombie was at least 8 feet tall. Its skin was pale and its eyes were green with black hair. The zombie looked a lot like a human but its huge height and pale skin had made it clear.

There was a crazed look in its eyes. Jordan could already tell it was a man, or at least, was a man. The disease had spread, and now, Humans were also being affected.

'System, would I also be affected by the virus if was bitten?'

[No. The virus only spreads to those who haven't gotten an active wristband. This is another reason to protect yourself from losing your wristband.]

'That's another way of saying that those who don't have an ability will be affected. The wristband will only activate once you've killed one Zombie, and then, you'll activate your powers.'

The Zombie had noticed Jordan, and immediately ran towards him.

'It's fast.'

The Zombie had appeared right in front of Jordan, swinging its fist towards his face. However, before the Zombie could land a hit, Jordan had disappeared.

"I have to admit, you are quite fast." Jordan appeared behind the Zombie, swinging the sword and cutting off one of the Zombie's arms.

"But not fast enough."
