Prologue Part 1

PS: This is going to be an AU because I might get some of the canon wrong, and the last time I watched/read the GX was a fanfic, sooo yeah….

Inside an orphanage, many children were playing in the field of the orphanage, the matron was overseeing the children. But, there was one child that was outcast by the other children, his dark purple hair covering his yellow and green eyes as he stared at the ground and looked sad. His name is Hiroshi Saito, and he was abandoned when he was a baby in the orphanage the only thing that was found near him was a note and a deck box containing cards, with his name on it.

"Alright children! It's time for lunch. And after we eat, we are going to Kaiba Land today, you might see some amazing duels that will be performed there." Said the matron to the group and left to cook lunch.

""Yay!!"" The children exclaimed as they were going to a theme park to play, and got a chance to meet and greet some pro duelists, and other up-and-coming duelists duel with each other. And among them, one child was more excited than the rest, from looking down sad, as he heard the matron say those words, his mood instantly went up.

"Ha! Looks like the freak thinks he can have fun in Kaiba Land." Mocks one of the children, Takato, the local bully who takes cards and has goons that always surround him. The reaction of the children was mixed, some were trying to hide their snicker, while some were laughing out loud, and some were showing their disgust at his comment. Hiroshi glared at the bully but did not do anything.

"What! Are you going to do something about it ?!" The bully exclaimed. As he pushed Hiroshi to the ground while his friends shouted and supported him. As Hiroshi got up, Takato grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and was about to punch him.

"Stop it!" A girl with black hair stood in between both of them "Is it not enough that you took his deck already!" The girl pleaded. "Tsk, fine but remember wimp, you can't win against me," The bully said before turning around and walking away.

Hiroshi POV

As Takato left, Akashi reached out with her hand, I grabbed it and pulled myself up. She then dusted me off and said "just be careful out there, okay?" she said to me in a worried tone. "Sure Asashi! Also thanks for sticking up for me there." I answered. Her gaze relaxed and smiled brightly, "Of course, That's what onee-chans do." Akashi was older than all of us, by one year, and she is also a genius duelist that uses an odd archetype called "DRAGON MAID" that was given to her by Maximillian Pegasus due to her winning a local tournament.

As I left, I entered my bedroom I rested and lay on the bed, I looked to the left and stared at the deck box, I got up, went to near my desk and opened my deck box, but I saw the cards and almost all of them were blank white in them, except for one trap card called "Solemn Judgment" (A/N: I checked the spelling, the spelling, this is the spelling of solemn judgment), all in all, they were only 17 cards, not even half of a regular deck, out of frustration I picked them up and throw them away near the bed. After that, I composed myself, cleaned the room and picked the deck box with the cards and stuff them in the backpack. I left the room and suddenly something hit me in the back, and as my consciousness slowly faded I saw Takato and his goons smile evilly at me.

No Pov

"Well, this was easy, quick check his bag and get any valuables." Takato and his lackeys looked at his bag and found clothes, an extra handkerchief, some toys and his deck box.

"Boss! We found a deck box." the goon alerted Takato, "Lemme see" He opened the deck box, " Haaaah?? All of his cards are blank except for one, Solemn judgment. What the crap! This card sucks! Pay half your life points to negate an activation, what a crappy effect.' Takato says as he shoves the card into the deck box and closes his bag,

"Alright bois, his deck is crap, and we got all the things that are valuable to him. Let's shove him in the closet. And be sure to lock it!!" Takato said to the goon as the goon saluted, they shove him in a locker and proceed their way forgetting to lock the closet. As they left the deck box glowed a darkish glow, then turned into a fiery, windy, watery, and earthy glow, and then turned a dark glow into light back and forth. As they got back, "Did you call Hiro Takato?" The matron asked, "Yep, but he didn't want to come, he even said to leave me alone." Takato lies, "Ohh, that's odd well, let's leave him alone, he might have gotten sick and is just resting," The matron says. Akashi went up towards the matron, and asked "Where is HIro?" the matron replies that he might have gotten sick and that he might rest. Akashi reluctantly nods and sits back down in her seat and the bus proceeds to go into Kaiba Land.

Hiroshi Pov

"Uhhh, what happened?" I look around and see that I am surrounded by clothes. "What the crap!?" I said as I headed towards the door, luckily the door was unlocked, and I turned the knob, it was dark outside and then I realized that the bus, as I ran towards the bus, but when I reached the outside doors, it was empty "Dang it!! That Takato, he hit me in the back." I was livid, "My backpack!!" I ran back and checked my backpack, realizing that everything was untouched, " Huh?" As I was checking the rest of my bag, I realized that my deck box was gone, "He took my deck!?" I quickly put everything in my backpack and went to my room. I put my bag on the side of the table and went to sleep.
