Raidan-

"Like this?? Like what?" she tried to sound confused but I saw through her trick. So I kept quiet.

"Like how we are now?? You mean like partners in crime, I mean collision??" she teased as I didn't reply.

"Trying to turn me on?" I teased her back.

"What? No!!" as I turned to look at her, I saw her face had turned red and that's why as we made eye contact, she looked away.

"It's really hot in here, don't you feel so?" she asked as she rolled down the window which was closed because the breeze of the afternoon is really cold. But she rolled the window down trying to cool herself down.

"But Lam, honestly you will be right?" I asked her because I am honestly curious about her answer.

She paused for a while and then lift up the window and closed it. And then she turned to look at me. I was also looking at her, and by god the timing of this topic is really great because we are stuck in traffic and that's why we can take our time to talk it through. When our eyes met she looked at my eyes without blinking, almost as if her eyes were locked up with mine. She then moved her eyes from my eyes to my lips then my face.

"Raidan, I promised you a lifetime right at the moment when I agreed to marry you. So of course I will, unless you make me leave", she said slowly but surely, with complete honesty.

"I won't!! I promise I will never do anything that will make you leave. Well just so you know, I also promised you a lifetime", I said with an assuring smile.

She chuckled at that and so did I !!!

"Hey, what are you thinking?" I asked as I saw her lost in her thoughts for a while. She has been staring at the rareview mirror all these while.

"I've been thinking about what exactly our relationship is!" she said turning her index finger all the way around mysteriously.

"We are fiances!" I reminded her because she must have forgotten otherwise she wouldn't have this question.

"No like in relationship term, well, I think it has to be pure relationship", she said nodding at the agreement of her own statement.

"Have you been reading sociology lately??" i asked her with a scoff.

She looked at me and gave me an irritated look followed by a frown. I looked away rolling my eyes.

"But are you sure though?" I said looking sideways.

"Now that you asked, I think I am not so sure anymore.... Cause to think deeply, we can't be counted in that as well. Because we don't only make casual conversation, we even flirt and then we made promises, what are we exactly?" she said almost as if talking to herself.

"Flirt?? You mean the time when you were ogling me after seeing me in the apron?" I asked narrowing my eyes.

"No, by flirt I mean when you cuddled with me, earlier this morning. You even kissed me on my hair", she teased looking at my face, this time with full concentration.

"Oh, come on you can't call that a kiss. If you are aware of the definition of kiss then, what I did was nowhere near a kiss", I said in my defense but with a scoff so that she thinks that I took everything as a joke.

"Are you googling for the definition of kiss?" I asked as I saw her doing something in her phone.

"Of course and it definitely was a kiss... See, here it says, 'touch (someone or something) with the lips especially as a mark of affection or greeting is regarded as kiss' and you did touch my hair with your lips", she read out the meaning of kiss from google using her British accent.

About her British accent, it's really cute. Actually she is still learning. Her British accent used to suck.... And that's why she always speaks in American accent. She would often mix up American accent and British accent, but that time she was reprimanded by M for her mix up accent. And as stubborn as she is!! She didn't let it hold her back instead she started taking official classes to learn British accent. It has been 4 months and she is still learning... But now she can say a few lines fluently, like she is saying now. And by God!!! It's too damn good to listen, cause it sounds like as if a baby is speaking,

"No, you are wrong. That was just a peck not a kiss", I tried to give a explanation . But I don't think it helped. Instead it made things worse.

"Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't peck a synonym for kiss?" she asked with narrow eyes. A sign of mischief is peeking from behind her eyes.

"That's what most people think but there are differences!" I tried to make my point.

She rolled her eyes at that and then looked at me as if telling me, "I'm letting you off the hook this time".

"Do you want me to show you the differences??" I asked feeling a little naughty.
