Chapter 28 Dontae's Anger Kf Two Blazing Dragons

The room grew cold. The temperature seems to be dropping rapidly. Everyone llkked over to Dontae and his eyes flamed a beautiful blue color. ' What did she just say? I'm these babies daddy? How come I'm just learning about this? And my parents knew. I'll take care of them later, right now, let's deal with the mother.' Those were the thoughts that ran through Dontae's head. " Everybody out now." He said calmly, but cold it sent shivers down everyone's back. He was so cold, it scared his parents.

Dominic knew not to bother his brother when he was in this mood. Last time he did that, his left knee was broken because he wanted Dontae to play video games with him. Dontae was in high school and Dominic had just started middle school. Dontae found out that his girlfriend was cheating on him eith a football player. So when Dominic came in trying to get him to play with him. Dontae blacked out and broke his leg.

" Mom, dad take the kids out for ice cream on me." Dontae said while looking at Amari with death in his eyes.

Amari started to get scared because she has never seen him this angry before. " Ummm, can I go with you guys?" She asked as her voice trembled and fear appeared on her face.

" No. You stay here so that we can have a nice long chat about why I'm just learning that I'm a father." Dontae says in a cold tone.

Tears started to form In her eyes. ' Where is the loveable, happy, joyful Dontae? Who is this guy?' She thought. " Okay." She almost said in a whisper.

Mr. and Mrs. Kim took the kids and Dominic out for ice cream and left the evil, death wanting Dontae in the dinning room with A scares for her life Amari.

He walks around the table slowly. Touching the backs of each chair while his eyes were fixated on Amari. There is a total of 12 chairs set at a huge round table. He reached her chair and another shiver went up her spin. He sat down in the chair next to her on her right. She was afraid to look at him. Her whole body was shaking at this moment. She clenched her eyes shut as years began to roll down her face. He leaned back in his chair and crossed his right leg over his left leg. He stareds at her for a few minutes shooting death daggers at her and she felt every hit. He finally opened his mouth " You've been gone for two and a half years. Not a phone call, a post card, an email, a text or a telegram. You had all of these options to inform me of my parental status. How come you didn't utilize any of the?" He asked calmly.

Amari looked down and was afraid to speak. She had an excuse, but she knew that it wasn't good enough. So what? She didn't want to see him and was afraid that she would give in to him. So what? She had classes. So what? She was busy taking care of patients at the hospital. She could've let him know that he was going to be, that he was a father. She blamed her anger and stubbornness and her fear of being a fool for this. ' Damn, I need to change that about me.' She thought. " I don't have a good excuse. I just wasn't ready to see or talk to you then. I was afraid to give in to you then." She said softly and scared to look at him.

" You're right, that's not a good excuse. While I was here heartbroken, being admitted into a mental facility. searching for your dumbass looking like a fool. You were over there in California relaxing and laughing thinking it's okay that Dontae don't know that I have his kids. What the fuck?" He pushed the table away. It slide to the other side of the room as he stood up with red flames I. his eyes. He grabbed Amari by her shoulders and started squeezing them tightly. " I dont know when they were born, their names, nothing. You didnt give me an opportunity to be a father." He said with so much anger.

" Dontae, you're hurting me." She yelled as she heard her bones being crushed. She was crying uncontrollably.

" Its not as much pain and agony I felt. Deal with it. That was your attitude then and that's your attitude now." He wanted to break every bone in her body, but he softened his grip and let her go before he could cause any damage. " I've loved you, longed and yearned and missed you so long and this is how you treat me?" He yelled. " Did you ever love me? Did you miss me at all? Did you long and yearn for me to be next to you? No. If you did, I wouldn't have been a f***long second thought. Not even that, a one million thought. Get the fuck out of here Amari before I kill you." He yelled.

" I did love you. I mean I still do love you and I did miss you. I was afraid of... of...." She was searching for words.

" Of nothing. GET THE F*** OUT OF HERE NOW!" He cut her off and yelled at her.

She gathered her things and left crying.

Dontae started to breakdown and cry once he heard her car engin start. He watched from the windows she drove onto the street. ' I loved her for so long and she didn't love me at all. What the hell man? Why did she do this to me? Why don't she love me? I have three kids that she didn't want me to love and cherish. She's just like the rest of them.'
