CHAPTER TWO HUNDRED AND TWO

Logan remained with me all night and even hooked his phone unto the smart TV to live stream part of the fashion show he thought would interest me as we lay cuddling in bed.

"OH MY GOD!" Gasping twisting my neck to Logan, who was already grinning down at me with a goofy smile on his face.

Turning back to the screen, I point to the photos that were on display, "that's me," grinning from ear to ear, unable to contain my excited surprise.

"And you!" Twisting my neck upright at him, then back to the screen as I remember that day at the cabin when Jer took pictures of me modelling the maternity line with Logan supposedly joining in for the fun of it.

"We actually make a good couple don't we" Logan mused from above my head.

I continued staring at the couple and the attention the man is paying to his pregnant wife.

"It's perfect," I whispered in awe.

Snuggling against his chest smiling at the couple whose the centre of attention but missing the actual show itself.

"Do you wish you were there?" I asked softly, as Logan hugged me tighter.

Logan didn't hesitate to respond to my question, "and miss this?" He whispers above my head.

With his chin on my head, the segment of the show we were viewing ended and he switched off the television.

"Hey," I moved to grab the remote from his hand.

I felt his chest rumbling with laughter before I heard him, "that's the only part that was aired, involving the two Daniel's who couldn't make the show and debut Jerome's first solo photoshoot." Logan explained and my heart melted.

Caressing the hands that was wrapped around me, "I love you, you know." I whispered words I haven't said in a long time, but the feelings are still there.

Kissing the top of my head, "and I love you, you know!" Mimicking me, Logan laughs seductively.

We both awoke early but Logan awoke earlier since he was already moving around the enormous room, opening and closing draws with a grim expression on his face.

"You lost something?" I asked, still buried beneath the layers of blankets I used during the night because Logan insists on sleeping with the air condition unit on high.

Logan turn with a frown, his lips moving but no words came out of his mouth. Masking his worried expression he smiles and walks towards the bed, crawling upwards.

"I'm starving," moving the blankets that covered me, biting and sucking his way upwards.

It was impossible to push him away, "I'm hungry" he mumbled, his mouth already on my bump where instead of biting he started kissing my stomach, something I can't remember him doing before.

The T-shirt I wore to bed made it easy for his mouth to find the areas of my body that interested him.

"Logan!" I squealed softly, his short stubble tickling as he rubs his face against my chest.

Logan paused at the shrill of his phone, already giving me an apologetic smirk.

"It's important," kissing my lips lightly, before leaping out of bed.

DARN!

I listen in to Logan's one sided conversation but as usual, there's nothing that I can pick up from his coded conversation.

"Have you found it?" He asked the caller, irritation edged in his voice.

"FUCK!" He responds, angry now, turning to stare at me.

"Well I don't have it so strip the f**king compound, until you do?" Logan yells, cutting the phone immediately.

"What did you lose?" I asked the same question from before.

Shaking his head, "I'm really hungry," he said instead, chuckling at my facial expression. "For real" He added. "Let's shower and go down together." His tone was final leaving no room for questions because there's going to be no answers, especially on his end.

Logan dressed me and I'm sure everyone in the spacious kitchen notices that, especially Justin, with a mischievous smirk.

"Well, well, well" Justin chuckles, making me the centre of attention, something I totally detest. "Doesn't Leah look like a lady this morning." He commented at the dress my husband chose for me from one of the dresses from mom's maternity line.

Another deeply cut armless, solid white, light cotton dress, with a high neckline, emphasising my breasts, falling loosely from under my bust line and flowing about four inches about my knees.

Blushing I grabbed ahold of Logan's arm while a maid I didn't recognize laid empty plates side by side at the kitchen table intended for Logan and I.

There were long stemmed glasses all around but with different colored citrus juices instead of wine and champagne.

"What are we celebrating?" I ask curiously, gazing around the table.

Instead of answering me Logan stood up and dished out pancakes, drowning his pancakes with syrup while I helped myself to less syrup.

Using one plate, Logan filled it with my favorites, strawberries and cherries.

When we were all settled, dad nudged mom, "do the honors," he smiled coaxing her.

Standing up, mom lifted her glass filled with orange juice, "I'll like you all to join me in making a toast to a successful show last night" while we all shouted in unison.

"Here, here!" We cheered, before taking light sips because apparently the toasting had only just begun.

Second on the list of toasts was to highlight Jer as a new young and promising photographer!

Smiling I met Jer's awkward smile, lifting my glass, I winked at him, happy for his accomplishment.

"I love you," we both mouthed to each other before taking sips of our juices, mines being fruit punch.

Logan stood up making a toast of his own, "mom, dad" he emotionally addressed his parents.

"Congratulations on another successful show" he continued. I can already hear the cash registers ringing up the sales." He chuckles mischievously. "Especially with your newest models who just directed your feet on trillionaire drive." To a round of applause!
