Novel's Second Part!

Morning came, and I went downstairs for breakfast. 

Today, I planned to visit the Shadow Genesis federation.

After breakfast, I headed to the federation with my parents and entered the federation office.

The first thing I noticed was how busy the federation employees were. 

They were running around with piles of paper in their hands, even though mornings in a federation are usually pretty calm. 

The usual happy vibe in the federation was missing, and everyone had serious expressions. 

I felt like something was wrong.

"My parents and I have a lot of work today. You can go by train if you want. We'll meet for lunch later," 

my mom said, before quickly heading to her office. 

I looked around and saw that the federation had a tense atmosphere.

"Hey, Xerox! You're back from Eclipse Academy? You should have called if you were coming," 

I heard a voice from behind. 

It was Pogba, my cousin.
