Anderson's hands wrapped around his wrists, then slid down his arms to rest lightly against his chest, fingers curling into the soft fabric of Lynn's blazer.
Lynn shifted, one hand falling away to rest along the back of Anderson's chair, the other threading into the hair at his nape to draw him even closer, adding a bit of heat to the soft, sweet kisses.
The sound of something shattering, a loud string of colorful swearing, made them jerk apart. Lynn looked toward the counter, where a red-faced worker hastily ducked out of sight to clean up whatever they'd dropped. Lynn snickered. "We're going to wind up banned if we keep breaking their dishes."
Anderson smiled, slow and hot and evil. "So the furniture was installed this morning without trouble. Rudy and Stern went to the courthouse and then to run a few other errands, and they said they probably wouldn't be back to the office today. Want to come inspect the new furniture?"
