Lynn held his breath as Anderson finished speaking, and slumped with relief and laughter when a confirmation came back followed by an order to basically sit and wait for further instructions.
"That'll buy us a little time," Anderson said, setting the radio on the floor as he went back to relieving the last guy they'd put down of his weapons. Throwing them into a bag he'd found somewhere along the way, he zipped the bag shut and threw it over one shoulder then retrieved the radio. "Not much, though it sounds like they were supposed to be dragging us somewhere for a video feed, probably to prove we're alive." He followed Lynn out of the room, lapsing into silence as they climbed to the main deck and approached the portside railing.
