Wang went back into the forest where he blew up the guy, he picked up the guy's sword and saw that it had a snake marking on it, he then threw it into the tree in anger.

'If you had a hand in hurting her I will not spare you" he said then disappeared.

After the nurse finished changing her, Yu lifted her up in his arms and took her to her room, where he placed her on the bed gently and placed a pillow under her neck.

"Yu can you stay home?" she asked as she opened her eyes and he smiled,

"Lien..... I want to but they..." he responded with a sigh and she frowned.

"Today I realized how strong Leader Wang is and probably the reason why people are so afraid of him," she said,

"Yeah he is really powerful," Yu said and Wang overheard, he then smiled and entered the room.

"Hey," Wang said and she sat up then the snake crawled and wrapped itself up in her lap and she smiled.

Yu gasped "you are going to be this clan best leader, cool your head" Yu replied as he placed his head on her lap and the snake looked at him,

"I came first, you came last snake, she belongs to me," Yu said and Wang smiled,

"Yu, can I talk to Lien alone for a minute?" he asked,

'Sure, you two take your time" he responded then left the room.

Wang locked the door and sat down with her on the bed but then she looked away from him.

"Are you angry with me for some reason?" she asked and he smiled wickedly.

"Why would you even care if I am?" he asked and she frowned,

"Relax I am not angry with you," he said and she smiled.

"You are in a lot of pain aren't you?" he asked,

"What makes you say that?" she asked,

"You pretend as if you are okay but the truth is you are not, I can clearly see that" he responded as tears came to her eyes,

"I am powerless now, if I have to keep depending on people when I am in trouble then eventually I will...." she said and he sighed,

"Some of this is my fault seeing me with you it just made you a target for some people and things" he replied,

"If you need help then my brother will help you all you have to do is say the word," she said,

"Trust me it is better if you and your brother stay out of my world, I think you know by now that I am no normal cultivator" he replied then she smiled,

'Fine" she said and he smiled wickedly for everything was going Wang's way.

'Okay," he replied then patted her on the head and walked out of the room.

"How can I stop a wedding that I have no control over?" she asked herself then she saw the snake eyes glowed as it changed color and turned blue,

"Hey, Goldie to be honest I do not want to marry Hu, I.... I hate to admit it but I like Leader Wang" she said as she rubbed its head.

'Really?" Yu asked and she jumped,

"I heard that" he replied as he locked the door and sat on her bed,

"Go have dinner and go to bed Yu, you must be hearing things," she said and he laughed,
