Conquest Island

The 4 of them land on the boat as Cani puts Kinsha down. Quickly stepping back as Yuma walks over.

"Why are you so disgusted by this young lady, huh?... think about what Kuza would say" Cani is shocked as Yuma laughs. The young girl hiding behind Nezxa's legs surprising all three of them. Yuma laughing hysterically.

"YOU HAVE A NEW DAUGHTER!!" Nezxa smiles calmly while patting her head causing her tail to wag. Yuma looking at the island.

"Cani… Take us to the next island" Cani nods and grabs the wheel.

"Conquest island… here we come!"

The boat floats just off the coast of the island as they all jump down to the harbour of the island. No one taking notice of their arrival as Yuma sighs.

"So… How long should we stay here?" There was silence as Yuma turns to Cani and the new girl.

"I don't know what will happen here so… Cani… you stay here and watch the girl… our ship is out in the open and I don't wanna risk someone stealing the stuff we just got" Cani nods and helps Kinsha back onto the boat as Yuma and Nezxa walk around town.

Cani sits down at a table after giving Kinsha some food and sighing.

"I know I was kinda mean to you from the start… Sorry about that… It's not that I hate you in specific… it's the thought of the transformation into a cat person must have been painful." Kinsha nods and takes a bite of the food in awe of it's deliciousness. Taking more bites.

"But… only people who've come through Heaven's Gate are able to use Abilities?... How did you get yours?" Kinsha looks at Cani.

"That's what those massive doors and that wall are called?... Yeah… I came through them just a week ago… My head still hurts from these stupid ears…" There was silence as Cani turns away.

"Is that so?... Do you know WHY you're here and not in Heaven's… In your Hometown?" The girl shakes her head.

"I only remember being a slave to a corporation of an unknown name… it was like Utsuuad… or something… I managed to escape Colonial Ikati and made it here on a vessel returning beyond Heaven's gate or whatever you called it…" Cani is slightly shocked.

"Colonial Ikati?... He's one of the 10 Demon Lords!... How did you escape him?" Kinsha looks away.

"I didn't really escape… He just really liked how good I was at cleaning… and he let me go… But I ended up getting on the wrong ship… came here instead of home…" Cani nods slowly.

"Well that's strange… but… eat up… you're too skinny and that's not healthy…" Kinsha nods and takes another bite.

"So good!!"

Yuma and Nezxa are dragged into a guild hall and to the counter by some officers.

"Oh! New participants!" Yuma looks at Nezxa who shrugs. They look as she signs a piece of paper.

"Sign this paper to join the Tournament of Conquest island!" the two look at each other confused as the whole guild starts chanting "sign up! Sign up! Sign up!" Yuma and Nezxa smirking at each other as rivals.
