Goblin (V)

The high ranking goblins that Noah never fought were right behind him, the regular soldiers weren't far off, at this rate he was going to get caught, then he got an idea, and dashed to his left and started looking for a particular thing.

After 10 minutes of full sprinting, he began to slow down, while the goblins were right behind him 100 meters, 60 meters, 20 meters when they were 10 meters Noah finally found what he wanted and accelerated to the direction of that creature.

The only creature Noah decided to never mess up, Big Deer this deer was something he had in his menu but alas the moment he wanted to make a move and saw the eyes of this creature he simply stopped his actions, this beast was too much, the eyes, the horns even those red eyes left a person trembling, it simply ignored him at the time but after all these days it stayed in the same area but grew bigger, Noah smiled and sprinted to it and started praying for his good.

The moment the Deer spotted him it ignored him but when it felt the aura of the chief it responded and stopped what it was doing and prepared to attack, this deer never attacked anything because it could absorb the energy of its surrounding and got stronger like that, sometimes it would go and fight other creatures almost at its level so it could absorb their energy and grow stronger, so weaklings weren't in its menu, but right now a worthy entity just delivered itself to him so it was exciting, completely disregarding Noah it charged toward the goblin chief with its horns pointing at him, those sharp horns started glowing and it began moving even quicker.

When the goblin chief realized where it was it started sweating, and when it saw the creature heading toward him he said out loud, ''Prepare for battle with the Demonic Deer, 2 of you go for the Human, 1 instruct the army to charge and kill this creature first. '' without any questions the goblins began moving, 4 of them started chasing Noah but when they realized they stopped in silence looking at each other, then they all turned back to fight the deer, looking at this the chief yelled ''Are you stupid? YOU TWO COME HERE. NOW MOVE!!!''

And just like that, a clash began Demonic deer vs Goblin Army. Noah didn't have the time to watch the fight, because two goblins that looked pretty strong were closing up the gap between then since the Chief wasn't following Noah gave a sigh of relief, He stopped running and took out his sword from his inventory, he could hear loud sounds coming from the direction of the Deer.

The goblin elites when they saw their target stopped running grinned with those evil eyes looking straight at their prey, raised their daggers, and accelerated even faster preparing for the clash.

The moment they were about to make contact Noah jumped back and gave a hard swing on one of the goblins hitting it and making a deep wound on the arm of the unfortunate one which started shrieking because of pain. (The one that got hit is number 1 goblin and other is goblin 2) The goblin 2 didn't stop and pierced the left arm of Noah who gritted when he felt his flesh being pierced, a painful thing, but he didn't let himself lose focus. Noah slashed again toward goblin 1 but it got dodged pretty easily since his attack wasn't effective Noah decided to fall back.

Truth be told his strategy was to go all-in on one of them and kill it as soon as possible and then fight the other one but since it didn't work he had to fight smarter.

After a couple of seconds of observation, both goblins opened their mouths and let out a war cry, lunging toward Noah who was fully prepared and dodged their attacks yet he didn't manage to counter-attack.

'They are way faster than the ones I usually kill' Noah though before charging, if he didn't try to kill one of them fast he would be in trouble.

So he had a target in mind already, both goblins that were beside each other got ready to defend, yet they looked at Noah's eyes which gave away his target,. Goblin 2 realizing he was the target decided to cross his daggers above his head to block the incoming slash which never happened, right when he was supposed to deliver the attack he rotated to the direction of Goblin 1 and assaulted the poor goblin which relaxed the moment it found out it wasn't the target, this was a well-made feint, this was something he did a lot when he was against numerous enemies and it always worked like now.

Noah smiled at the outcome of this feint and kept assaulting the goblin which soon got pierced in the neck and was slowly dying with blood splashing down the neck.

Goblin 2 got enraged because of this it got tricked so to get its pride back it assaulted Noah with no care, this came to be the worst thing it could possibly do. Swinging the daggers with only one thing in mind land a hit on its target, but again it was easy for Noah to dodge the attacks of an enraged creature, and in the middle, he used his [Rusty sword] to counter each time he had the opportunity but after 2 minutes of this both daggers collided with the sword and something unexpected happened.

[Rusty Sword] broke, making who wasn't expecting this outcome to fall on his butt, looking ahead in the direction of Goblin 2 who was moving slowly toward him with a victorious grin.

Noah looked around for a solution and found the body of Goblin 1 laying there with the daggers laying in the ground, and his eyes shone.

He rolled to the directing of the weapons. Goblin 2 decided to end it all and sprinted in his direction with a disgusting smile, the moment it was expecting his daggers to pierce the human, instead of the scene of the blood of his enemy, it was Goblin 2 bleeding and it began looking for Noah who disappeared, looking behind Goblin 2 eyes opened wide and his last emotions were fear and unwillingness but alas Noah without any mercy finished it all, killing Goblin 2.

Falling on his butt he started recovering.

After about 10 minutes he collected the loot and bought another [Rusty Sword] for 50 copper in the [Shop] and began walking toward the direction were Roars and shouts could be heard.
