Chapter 2: Daughter

"Father" tugging on his doctor's gown, Luna was shivering. Her small figure was shaking. Kang Byul held unto her small hand, patting the girl's head.  "Its fine. Dad is here", Kang Byul thought that he would at least felt repulsed doing this, unexpectedly, he was feeling his role too much. He was type to just accept anything new immediately. Since it was a game, he might as well enjoy it.

Mob NPC or not, he decided it is better to get used to the game first instead of getting  an important character before he even figure out how the gaming points even works. Considering that the system is refusing to explain anything to him, he should just explore it, like how most plot driven game were supposed to be played.

Kang Byul was wandering around the hallway, completely unaware of the dangers. Seeing this, Luna tugged on her father's hand, her voice almost whispering. "Father, we should go back to the nursery ward, it is safer there", despite sniffing and legs going soft in fear, Luna was still a logical girl. Embarrassed, Kang Byul nodded awkwardly, following the little girl.

Her curly blond pigtails sways with her every footsteps. Coupled with her cute frilly pink dress, Kang Byul gave her character designer a thumbs up. Treading the bloody hallway, even Kang Byul was feeling a bit dreary, stopping his urge to puke everytime they passed by a bloody corpse. Luna looks accustomed to it, it seems that she was afraid of a different thing back there. Whatever it was, Kang Byul is not nterested in giving himself another nightmare.

After passing by at least three hallways, Luna gingerly open a metallic door, her weak arms could barely open the door. Kang Byul offered his assistance, pushing the metal door to the side. Inside, bottles filled with questionable specimens filled the poor man's sight. It was beyond creepy. Kang Byul was expecting a room filled with medicines, not a room of a mad doctor with a shady hobby.

As if embarrassed, Luna giggles happily, looking a bit elated that her father had seen her collection. Staring at his daughter, Kang Byul had never been shocked his whole life. So it was you. He was greatly disturbed that the cute innocent girl had such a hobby.

Luna smiled at him, looking like an angel. At this point, Kang Byul figured it is better to simply ignore things instead.
