EMOTIONAL

A month later as Trion and Araxie's wedding was around the corner, Casey's pregnancy was also in it's finally days.

Araxie and Casey wished she could deliver before the wedding and then be able to escort her sister, Araxie while she walked down the aisle but unfortunately fate had something else in store for both of them.

It was early in the morning of 15th March which was Trion and Araxie's wedding day, when Casey was helping her sister to dress up as a bride and suddenly fell down to the ground before pools of blood ran down the floor streaming from her private parts.

"Sister... sister. Open your eyes dear."Araxie who was the bride of the day ran downstairs calling out for Marina.

Setting eyes on her daughter, Marina immediately realized that it was time for her daughter, Casey, to deliver the baby.

"What a coincidence! I mean... it's a double blessing.

One of your daughters is going to deliver a baby while the other is getting married. You're so lucky Marina.

I wish I had at least one child.

You know what, children are considered as blessings and I believe it's true judging by how much you've changed because of your daughters. They really changed you completely and I just wish it could happen to me too.

I'm tired of this miserable life. I really wanna be a better person sister.

I have tasted death and I don't want to die again.

Who knows what could have happened to me if your son in-law didn't come to revive you."Malinda who had sneaked into the room from where Casey was to deliver a baby, said to her twin sister Marina.

Was she pretending or not? Marina wished her twin sister could change for the better too. Perhaps destiny would give her another chance since life had already given her another chance.

As they say, it's difficult to separate twins and that's why when Trion wanted to revive Marina, he realized he had revived their biggest enemy, Malinda and brought her back to life as well of which wasn't his plan but unfortunately he wasn't in a position to send her back.

"Hey! If you've come to create a scene at my Araxie's wedding then I promise I'll bury you alive. My son in-law may have brought you back by mistake but I swear it won't be a mistake to send you back so I suggest you think harder before doing anything foolish."Marina warned.

"And who told you that I hold grudges against your daughter?

I used to trouble her when the reason for my suffering wasn't there but now, I've seen that Tia is live so if I'm to trouble someone then it will definitely be her and no one else."Malinda said with the awkward smile.

"Don't forget that Tia is my daughter's mother in-law and if anything happens to her too, I won't forgive you. In fact I'll forget the fact that you're my sister cos I won't support wrong doers, never again."

"Wow! I'm still confused as to why you're acting like a saint ever since you reunited with Araxie. Don't tell me you're pretending to be a good mother just to win her affection."

"When I was still evil like you, I used to think that whoever does good, has a hidden agenda inside but now that I'm changed, I pity those who are evil cos I've realized that whatever they imagine, it's always the opposite. And do you know why.... because they always view things from a different and evil angle.

I really pity you Malinda."

They were still arguing when a knock echoed through the closed door.

"Are you in there Marina?" It was Tia calling. She had gone to bring the new clothes for the soon arriving baby boy as it was one of the Queen's responsibilities to offer new royal clothes to whoever baby was born in the palace.

Yes, that was the same reason that had brought Malinda too. She thought she would give royal clothes to Casey like she used to before she was expelled from the palace. When she was still a queen, she would arrogantly perform her duties and those who found faults in her arrogancy, they were not given anything.

She had come under the impression that she was still the ruling queen since she had no idea about Tia's return. Seeing Tia walk calmly to the Queen's headquarters....it really torn her to simplest pieces.

And now, she had followed her there!

"This woman is consuming all my inner peace. She's not just taken my rights as a wife, she's taken up my responsibilities as well! Poor Malinda! Why did I come here then?

Should I fight for my rights? No, I don't think this is the right time to do so.

Yes! once Araxie gets married, she and her husband would go back to where they came from and then, I'll fight this woman with so much ease.

Brilliant!"Malinda thought inwardly as she found a way to vanish from the room before Tia could come in.

"Is everything fine. Why did you take long to get the door? You look bothered too. What's the matter Marina."Tia pointed on seeing how worried Marina looked.

"It's nothing. I think I'm just worried about my daughter. She's in so much pain, I think you understand."

"Of course I do. Every woman goes through such pain but I think the result is worth it. No matter how much pain the woman is in, the moment she holds her baby for the first time, all her pain vanishes away. It happened to me too. I went through a lot during my pregnancy period. It was a hardest phase of my life but the moment I held Trion in my arms, it felt like I was reborn!"

"You're right ma'am. I hope all goes well today.

Oh, I hope Araxie is doing well too. How's the wedding so far?"

"I almost forgot to tell you.

Actually Aurora and Sara... those two sisters have dressed our bride, Araxie, and surely you can't recognize her.

She's looking stunningly beautiful. I hope no one casts an evil eye on their marriage."Tia said.

"Wow. I hope she's not feeling sad that I've left her wedding to attend to Casey. You know... the two of them mean a lot to me but today,I really didn't have any other choice. I didn't know that something like this would arise suddenly."

"Don't worry ma'am. I've explained everything to her and she's not angry with you. In fact she said she would come over to seek for your blessings and her sister's before she's handed over to Trion."

"She's a sensible girl I swear. I will make sure that her married life is filled with happiness. I won't let her ever cry."

A knock on the door, it was Araxie. Like Tia said, she had come to hug her mother and sister before she could walk down the aisle with Trion.

She knew that after doing so she'll become Trion's responsibility and so, she felt she had to thank the woman who took care of her for all those years of her childhood.

All this felt like forever in Marina's life.

"What did I do to deserve this beautiful souled daughter like you. I only thank the heavens for giving me such a gift though I realized it very late."Marina said as tears rolled down her face. This time they were tears of joy and nothing else.

Walking slowly, Araxie reached her sister who laid flatly on her back with her eyes shut. It seemed like she had slept off due to too much pain and Araxie didn't want to wake her up so she slowly planted a kiss on her forehead and walked outside of the room.

"I'm going to belong to someone else.

I won't promise to always put you first but no matter what happens, you'll always be my beloved mother. I love you so much Mom, Marina. I will be back as soon as my wedding is over to check on my sister."she said while closing the door behind her.
