Wish: Into the world of Percy Jackson

An unsatisfied young man participates in a really questionable survey, that would forever change his life. "What world would I like to live? How about the Percy Jackson world?" "My objective? Overpowering the primordials doesn't sound half bad!" "What would I use to do that? Some talent while having no limits would be great!" "Is that my wish?" Did his wish come true? * * * This is my first time writing a novel, so I was a little confused on what to do in the first few chapters, and for that I can only ask for you guys to bear with me, as I am trying to improve. Also, just like the tags implies, I planned for this to be a harem story, so don't be too surprised when something related to that happens. By the way, I'm not a native english speaker, so I'm trying my best to make things right, but you are all free to help me correcting any mistakes that make their way past me! I won't ever learn if you guys don't say anything!

In the middle of the road there was a Monster Siege, there was a Monster Siege in the middle of the road

After half a month taking buses from city to city, we eventually managed to reach New York. The travel was quite uneventful, to the point I am having some bad feelings about this. Heck, I wish I got to be wrong on this one. We spent most of the days either on a bus, or waiting to enter a bus, taking some time off every two to three days to freshen ourselves up.

We even took an entire day off to sightsee when we were dropped off at St. Louis, Missouri, as Annabeth wanted to see the Gateway Arch, and we were just unnable to refuse her request when she started making a puppy face with sparkling eyes. Really, I hope she grows up soon, so that she loses some of her cuteness, so we can at least resist. Freacking hell! She is 100% a hidden Aphrodite child, I don't buy this bullshit, Athena!

I have also grown closer to the three of them, even Luke, as we traveled and had fun together. But the fun times had to come to an end, they always does. We eventually reached New York, and gradually aproached Long Island.

Hades, just so you know, I HATE YOU! Actually, scratch that, don't he have that pair of siblings hidden away? Mark my words! When we meet I will call you Father-in-Law! YOU HEAR ME?!?

Fuuuu... now I am better... as to why I had such a strong reaction? Well, if you as much as took a look on the scene before my eyes, that question would have easily been solved.

Monsters. Everywhere.

Everywhere the night touches are monsters. But monsters come and stay, like your depression. One day it's there, and the next it's still there!

Everywhere the night touches... what about that nice place, beyond the hills?

That place is Camp Half-Blood, it's safe. Good luck getting there, sucker!

Well, anyways, your daughter is mine you bone-headed bastard! Maybe I could even make Nico hate him... that's worth considering...

I think I just awakened the inner poet in me! I even got another one poem ready! Here I go!

In The Middle Of The Road

In the middle of the road there was a monster siege

there was a monster siege in the middle of the road

there was a monster siege

in the middle of the road there was a monster siege.

Never should I forget this event

in the life of my fatigued retinas.

Never should I forget that in the middle of the road

there was a monster siege

there was a monster siege in the middle of the road

in the middle of the road there was a monster siege

That should be enough for you to understant the shitty situation we had found ourselves in. Like. Ducking. Hell. We never asked to be born you retards! If you have a beef don't take it out on us! Really, staying back there in Los Angeles might just have been safer than all of this shitshow. The others might have thought the same, as they were too stunned to speak, or even make a noise.

"fucking... hell..." - Thalia cursed under her breath, trying to not make any sound in order to not attract their attention, and this time Luke did not even bothered to correct her.

Know what? Maybe he was right all along! The gods do deserve to be shat upon!

There were thousands of them, if not tens of thousands. Every single monster we did not meet on our way here, we met them now at least ten times over. As if they have decided that, after failing to find us, they would just wait for us to come to their mouths on our own.

"Lets go back for now..." - I said trying to bring them back to their senses.

"Follow me!" - And I started leading them back, towards some place we could rest and take our time to think of a way out.

And rest we did. I knew that no matter how well rested we were, we would never be able to break through directly. And so I started to think of an old idea of mine that was to stock my magic for later use, so I could have a much greater firepower than I should. I already even had an inkling on what to do.

As I remembered Hecate once saying that words have power, so I tried carving the word "fire" into a block of wood, but to no avail. To not say it was useless, when I tried charging it with magic, the flames that appeared as I failed were indeed greater than they should.

I then tried to write the word "seal" and the word "fire" at the same time, and tried again. Once more it failed. But there was still some progress, the block of wood absorbed more mana than before, and it did not immediately burst into flames like last time, even if not long after it still burned like before.

Feeling as if I was on the verge of grasping something, but never managing to take that very last step, so I decided to leave for a walk, thinking maybe some fresh air would be just what I needed, wandering through the eerily empty halls of the hotel we were staying until we managed to create a plan.

I soon came across Thalia, who was crouched in a corner, a gloomy atmosphere surrounding her. She seemed to be saying something, her head burried in between her legs.

As I approached, I started to hear a silent sobbing. Oh, no! This isn't good! She was also cursing, in both english and in ancient... greek...

As soon as I thought of this, something just clicked inside my head. She is amazing! Just like a foul mouthed muse, always helping out when it matters!

With no hesitation, and not giving Thalia any time to even notice I was there, much less wipe away her tears, due to my excitement, I grabbed her by the hand.

"Thalia, quick! Come with me! I think I have a idea!" - I said as I started to pull the confused Thalia towards my room.

As soon as we entered the room, I closed the door and asked for her to teach me how to write the words "lightning", "seal", and "release" in ancient greek.

A little confused, Thalia still ended up complying, with puffy red eyes and running nose, her make-up, pretty much done for. Teaching me how to write and speak all three words.

"Can I also have some of your blood?" - I asked her. She nods, and makes a little cut on her hand, dropping her blood into a glass cup I gave her.

"What are you doing?" - She asks me in a funny voice, unbefitting of the strong demigod girl I had come to know in the past month, unable to contain her curiosity any longer.

"Maybe I want to make you fall for me using a spell?" - I joke, eliciting a little giggle from her.

As she bleeds herself to collect some blood, I started going around the room, gathering some metal objects I could find, mainly iron ones. I then proceed to extract all the metal from them, and using magic, forming solid spheres of iron, with around 500 grams each, with a total of 3 of them.

I then bit my index finger until it bleed, and inscribed the ancient greek word for "seal" using my blood, on all three spheres, and to my surprise, as soon as I was done, the words I had inscribed shone in a white light as soon as I finished them, and the blood writing dried out. I then took the glass cup with Thalia's blood and wrote the word for "lightning" with it, and it also released a blue light upon completion, with the blood also drying out. This was looking promising.

Now, for the last step, I just had to charge the spheres up with mana. And charge them I did. 5%, 10%, only when I had already spent 20% of my total mana capacity, did I feel like nothing good would come from charging it any further. Excited at my new little toy, I grabbed Thalia by the hand once more, and started going towards an empty terrain nearby the hotel we were staying.

I grabbed the ball and tossed it over 30 meters away, before saying the word "release" in ancient greek, with Thalia right behind me. Suddenly there was a flash of light, then a huge ball of lightning, over 15 meters in diameter emerged, then there was a huge explosion, creating a shockwave that would have swept both me and Thalia away had I not deployed a magic barrier that took almost 15% of my energy reserves away to block just the shockwave.

Thalia stood there, mouth agape at the sheer destruction I had just caused. In my excitement, I hugged her lean body tighly, and gave her a wild kiss in the lips. I could feel her heart starting to beat wildly in her chest, as wildly as mine, in fact, as she started to blush and close her eyes, not backing away from the kiss. I gotta say, this was amazing! Much better than I could have ever imagined!

Author's notes:

Thanks for the support guys, it means a lot to me! Hope you guys have enjoyed reading this chapter just as much as I liked making it!

By the way, as no one has guessed whom his mother is yet, there are some clues in this chapter as well, good luck trying to guess! There have been some pretty good guesses so far, like Rhea, Tyche, Nemesis, Nice, with many saying it should be Hecate, but they were not! Though had I known about Tyche before maybe it could have been different, she is a really cool titaness responsible for fortune and prosperity, maybe if I decide to create some other novel in the future XD!

I gotta say MC has gotten a little emotional from the strenght of his new toy in the end, but I guess this ship has now sailed :v

Peace Out!
