HONEYMOON

14th August.

"Are you okay?" Winter passed me a had towel as I cleaned my face after our meal, we just had lunch and we're on our way back to Tamaje.

"Yes I am" at least I would finally be getting some rest, was that why gran gran called me back to ofuland? Just because she wants me to not give up my throne? Well I understand she doesn't want to say all those things over the phone but why didn't she just wait till I got back?

"You look lost in your thoughts" he eyes were still staring deep into mine as I bent my face down.

"I am fine" I said gently, maybe if I said it hard enough I would believe it, maybe everything is all in my head and I am just overthinking things right?

But then again, I can not help but remember gran gran's words "promise me..." Why does she want me to become the Queen of ofuland?

"Attention! Attention!! All passengers are advised to wear their seat belt as we prepare for landing"

"Huh" I let out a huge sigh, at least I get sometime to relax and be free from the whole drama going on in ofuland.

"This looks beautiful, just like the first time" I said as I grabbed winter's hand, I could remember it like yesterday when he brought me to Tamaje for his mother's birthday celebration, we just became a couple then, time does really move fast.

"Yes darling" he placed his hands on my head as he nodged me to give me a kiss on the forehead "you would be fine with me princess" he whispered in my ears.

"Oh no" there was no getting used to people chasing you with cameras as you go through your normal routine, there is no use to getting called by different people every single time.

"Princess Diana" a huge line of paparazzi lined up all the way from the air port to the hotel gate, they kept chanting both our names.

"I don't think we would be comfortable staying here anymore, someone leaked the information" Winter picked his phone as he began to make some calls, his legs shaking and he was fidgeting with his office pen, he looked physically annoyed and rightfully so, our privacy is being compromised.

"Mrs. Winter" I couldn't help but blush a little bit, this is the first time I am being addressed as his Mrs and I think I like it.

"Do you mind if we spend the rest of our honeymoon back at my parents resort?" Winter asked me as he hung up on the phone.

"Yes" he was so considerate of me and my feelings, he always made to check before doing anything.

"Cool, John take us to the Winter Estate" he instructed his driver who then begin to drive us to his home.

"Promise me this one thing Diana" I couldn't help but to fall into a trans state again, what does gran gran know? Is something bad about to happen?

I am the crowned princess and the next in line for the throne, why would she say that? Except.... Except my throne is being threatened, does gran gran think her unborn grandchild would remove me from heir?

Dang it Dian, I feel like I am just stressing myself over nothing, over and over again.

"Hey" Winter said as he brought me back to the real world "tell me what's bothering you" he asked, I felt so seen whenever I am with him, I feel like the universe gave him to me as a form of an apology for all the terrible people in my life.

"Come on now, don't let me stress you" I forced a fake smile just to make him get off my back.

"Just a random question darling, what do you think would make a man feel threatened by other family members?" I did not know why but my great grandfather's actions did not sit well with me, what do you mean he excommunicated everyone from his family? There is something no one else knows and I have to figure out what it is.

"Power, maybe he is not the best in line for the position but he got it due to some reason or the other, oh we have finally gotten home" Winter said with no care in the world, I am sure he doesn't know what I was referring to I didn't also not untill yesterday.

"What's that? Or who rather" there was a figure standing outside the estates gate, it was quite strange as there were no other houses around.

"Is it safe to interact with her?" I was scared, what was she doing?

"I am sure it is just one of the helps, maybe she left her keys outside" the doors opened and we took a glance at her, she was no servant at all, she doesn't even look like she has had a shower in weeks.

"Stop the car" I couldn't let go of my gut instinct, I don't know who she is and what she is doing here but she is a woman and that alone seems to be more dangerous to her than she would ever be to us.

"Help, please help me I need waterrr" she said as her voice became thin.

"What's wrong? What happened?" She doesn't seem alright at all, her lips look really dry and her skin looks a bit white.

"We need to take her to the hospital" This was an emergency depending on how dehydrated she was.

"Let's go inside and rest, I would get someone to handle it" and he picked up his cellphone and began to dial a number.

Well to be honest I was exhausted but where is she coming from? What is she doing here? What happened to her? We can't just leave her out there like that.

But she didn't say anything apart from request for water, what's going on?

"Welcome back sir, welcome ma" I was greeted with a warm welcome as I walked into the living room.

"Is there anything you would want?" The help asked.

"Please show me to my room" Winter was right, I did not have the energy to do anything, i need to rest then I think about what just happened.

"Here it is ma" she opened a door after walking for some minutes.

"Thank you" I jumped onto of the bed, I needed a bath and I was a bit hungry but I was more exhausted than any other thing.

"She has been found?"

"Where?"

"Outside?"
