Chapter 2

"Mumma, mumma, what are you doing?" Nian xue asked curiously, peering over her mother's shoulder. Nian Mei her mother smiled, closing her diary gently and lovingly patting her daughter's head. "Oh, my beautiful daughter, what are you up to? It's the start of your summer vacation today. Let's go somewhere special, shall we? You decide, my darling."

Nian xue pondered for a moment, her eyes twinkling with excitement. "Mumma, I have so many places on my list, but I just can't decide which one to choose."

Her mother smiled warmly, reassuring her. "Take your time, my sweet child. We have all the time in the world. Today, I will request leave from the hospital so we can embark on this adventure together."

Nian Xue spotted Fluffy approaching and she eagerly scooped up their beloved Pomeranian. She showered the fluffy with playful kisses, just like her father always did. Chaotic and mischievous by nature, but with a gentle and kind heart.

"Han Shuo, our daughter will be turning 20 on August 18, 2045," she mumbled to herself and mused with a smile. As she grabbed her bag and slipped on her shoes, she playfully reminded Nian Xue, "Remember to lock the door, my dear, and only open it for mommy, okay?"

Nian Xue giggled, "Of course, mom. I'm already an adult, you don't have to keep reminding me!" She added mischievously, "But even as an adult, I still prefer going on vacation with you instead of my peers." Nian Mei's eyes twinkled with delight as she responded
