Chapter 22 I'm Very Angry

Frederick put one hand on his hip and knitted his brows tightly. Two billion dollars disappeared without a trace. He thought for a moment and said, "Contact the head office of Reakin International Bank."

Eric nodded and said, "I'll do that in person."

Ten minutes later, Brett knocked on the door again and entered the room. "Mr. Barnes, the money has disappeared again."

Frederick rubbed the place between his eyebrows and said, "Track it down."

He didn't know what to do except continue to investigate. He felt an invisible hand hanging over his head, ready to push him into the darkness at any time.

His intuition told him that this matter had something to do with Holmes' Tears, but he didn't have any evidence, nor did he know who that was.

After he thought for a while, he thought his suspicion was groundless. Holmes' Tears didn't seem to have any malicious intentions against him and even helped him uncover the shady business transaction.
