'Wedding? That's the first thing you can think of?' I smiled and put on my robe and sat at the edge of the pool infront of the stranger

'Hm, then business?' then I wrapeped my hair with the towel

'No it's like you're entering into a situation where you had no clue what to expect, like entering a dark room' He also sat at the edge of the pool in front of me if facial features he had a long black thick eye lashes and his eyes are daunting, well he looks rich

'You're going in because you are curious? Or you had no choice? that makes things different' he was processing what I just said to him and staring at him now I feel like he's confuse of something

'Or you're afraid your expectation might not be met or you're not gonna please someone who is in that dark room?'

'Yes that's it what if I am not the person she expects me to be'

'A she? Blind date?' I smirk and played my feet with the water

'No, I had a choice but I feel like this is the best choice it's more like a business proposal' Well I don't know about business but if he wanted to please someone

'Make an effort, get ready for it' my watch was beeping I need to go upstairs already.

'I need to go, nice talking to you' The following days I spend time with the water, snorkling, scuba diving, kayaking, I even tried learning to surf but I still suck even if I can stand up but I get always washed out.

I am on my way back to my room when I was stopped by a valet

'Ma'am our vice president wanted to meet you' I was wearing a thin cloth and my bikini is still showing and they want me to meet their boss?

'Doctor Kathleen Aira Valdez' I introduced myself and the valet who heard that smiled

'Well I heard we had a very beautiful guest so I wanna check if it's true' I scoff and leaned just to be close to his ear

'I'm already in a relationship now if you'll excuse me you are wasting my time' He held my hand

'In a relationship? A doctor like you don't have time for that' I flipped his hand and now he is on his knees

'For your information the biggest wedding you will be holding is from a Valdez Family which I belong should I tell them to change venue jerk?' he didn't say a word and gladly he didn't reach for me, later this day my family will be here for the wedding I saw the make up artist already and some staffs and I saw people started building at the venue.

Later that day my mom came to me

'The president with the vice president came to apologize to me and your father did something happen?' I don't want it to be a big deal but I never wanted to ignore what that jerk did.

'The VP tried to hit on me and he held my hand so I got pissed and almost broke his hand then I told him I can cancel the wedding venue' my father thumbs up but my mom looked at him like he's not suppose to support me in what I did.

Friday everyone was busy I already fitted my gown it match my taste then realize my mom brought a magazine about wedding gowns and asks what is the most beautiful gown there.

My wedding is saturday afternoon, they haven't allowed me to go out since the grooms family is already at the same hotel.

'Mom did you tell Aunt Celine her step daughter will be here?' she nodded and that made me less anxious we all had dinner at the restaurant and the other family is also present but no one mentioned who the bride of groom is, I sat with my friends for them not to feel off.

'Do you recognize anyone' They were talking about the other family and stalking the men of the other side.

'I think the guy in gray is also a doctor Katie you haven't met her to conferences? I think I saw him at the hospital you are working on' I turn my head to the side and looked at where the man is.

'Oh yeah he's in pedia' I stood up and walked up to him my girls tried to stop me but I also need to asks him about our patient that got transfered at the pedia department.

'Doctor Nelson' I greeted and he automatically smiled

'Doctor Katie, what is a cardiologist doing here?'

'Ah, you're a bridesmaids?' I just smiled and I asks him about the patients, he laughed at my question because even at times like this work is still in my head.

'You're a groomsmen?' I asks and he nodded nice one now who is the groom? Where is my groom?

'So who is the groom?' I asks but he looked at me

'Where's the bride?' I shrugged

'Maybe in her room' a little later a man entered the room that shocked the other members of their family is that him? I looked at Nelson but he just left me and hugged the man who just came in.

'She work at the hospital I am working at, she's a cardiologist'
