CHAPTER 6 

The rodent ran towards him at full speed, Di Tian on the other hands didn't move from his original position.

Just as the creature was getting closer and closer with every passing moment, he tightened his tail, his claws dug in the ground to stay firm at one place.

Squeak!!!

Just as the creature was about to bite his legs off, his scaly tail mercilessly slammed on its body.

BANG!!!

With a loud sound the creature was sent flying as it crashed one or two meters away, this may sound very less but one had two know that even their current mass wasn't really much.

This obviously wouldn't've been possible without his skill<Hard Shell> which passively increased his defense.

As if not having taken enough beating the rodent quickly got up.

"Pretty resilient are you, let's find out for how long you can keep that up" Di Tian felt his blood boiling as he fought the creature, not wasting any more time he quickly used <Shell Bash> to charge at the rodent.

Squeak!!!

The creature was stunned for a moment seeing that his opponent who had been standing at one place was now actively charging towards it.

Of course, this didn't hinder the creature at all, although it was taken a back for a moment but that was all.

The rodent saw Di Tian's attack coming and got into position, it shifted its body to the right side evading his attack by ease, showcasing its extreme agile movements.

"Oh, you can dodge that, then how about this" Di Tian charged at the creature again, but this time he cancelled the attack when he got near it.

His attack pattern changed as he used his tail to slam the rodent with all his might.

Taken aback by the sudden change in attack pattern of its enemy, the rodent didn't have enough time to dodge the incoming jet-black scaly tail.

Squeak!!!

Once again, the rodent was sent flying straight for a few meters.

"Ha, Ha, Ha, you are an idiot right" Di Tian mocked the creature, but of course this was done internally he still wasn't able to speak.

A walking egg was possible, a walking egg with a pair of legs and tail was possible, but it looks like a walking talking egg was still impossible.

SQUEAK!!!

Suddenly the rodent who was down for the count stood up again, this time with blood shot eyes it charged at him.

"You just don't want to learn do you" Di Tian still stood on the same place, planning to use the same trick again, but life doesn't always give you what you want.

When the creature got close to him, he again tried to slam it with his tail...

The rodent's eyes shinned with strange light as instead of charging at him or evading by moving to right or left side, it jumped.

"Wha?" before Di Tian could react the rodent perfectly landed on top of his shell, at a place where his tail couldn't reach.

"You get down right now" Di Tian got enraged seeing a rodent step on top of him.

Squeak!!!

As if happy that its enemy finally showed some sign of anger, it cried and wanting to give Di Tian more pain, the rodent began to use its sharp claws to scratch the top of his shell repeatedly.

Cluck! Cluck! Cluck!

The sound egg shell being scratched resounded clearly letting Di Tina know that the rodent on top of his shell was dead set on breaking it open.

'Damn if this thing repeatedly attacks my shell than even with my defense and passive boost of <Hard Shell> I won't be able to last for long'

'I Don't know what will happen if this shell breaks, but my gut feeling tells me its good if I don't try to know'

'Think, Think, Think, how do I get this thing off of my shell'

Di Tian tried to jump around and even slammed himself on a tree, but the creature was proving to be very persistent.

Notice: It's estimated that your shell will break in 2 minutes if the attack continues.

'You think I don't know that already when the basterd keeps scratching on top of me!?'

Just as he was trying to jump again his leg slipped.

With the slip of his leg, his balance got unstable and his round body started to lean towards the right side.

Squeak!?

Just when the rodent was busy scratching the hell out of his shell It noticed the surroundings moving in circles.

It didn't have time to react before it got slammed to the ground, but it wasn't the end of his suffering.

SQUEAK!!!

Di Tian's round body also pressed on top of it pressuring it down as he started to roll on the ground.

Di Tian cheered happily, even forgetting the rodent on the side for a second.

The sudden screech of the rodent made him come out of his though process.

'O yes, you are still kicking, right'

'let's test my new skill on you, please become my guinea pig, who am I kidding it doesn't matter whether you agree or not'

The rodent once again ran towards him, unaware that it was only sending itself to its death.

'If you are so eager to die, then I will happily kill you' Di Tian jumped, curling his legs and his scaly tail around his shell.

Now without any support of his legs, his round body as soon as it landed on the ground began to roll, but instead of rolling into circles it rolled straight towards the rodent like a cannon ball.

Squeak!!

The creature was stunned by the sudden change of events, but before it could react Di Tian rammed his shell on it like a cannon.

The rodent was sent flying, but instead of just a few meters, it flew for tens of meters.

'Well, well, well, how did you like that'

Damage increase:10%|100%

the <Wise One> said in his mind, letting him know how much of attack and defense increased.

His round body didn't stop rolling and with the first roll his damage and defense was increased by 10% respectively.

'Ha, Ha, Ha, goo again'

Di Tian vented all the frustration that the rodent had caused him previously.

The rodent didn't even get the time to stand up again when Di Tian crashed on his body.

For the minute or two Di Tian kept thrashing the helpless rodent.

Finally, after suffering though all the merciless thrashing the creature couldn't take it anymore and died.
