She doesn't have much time and must fulfill am her missions before the last page is turned or she'll be stuck here forever. One last time....What if Sydney manages to change the story and even find her own Happily Ever After? We'll have to wait and find out. Chapter 16 : Aren't I lucky?

I sat cross legged on the bed and watched as the book scanned Tyler. When it was done, it frowned and looked at me " What did you do "? I frowned as well, " Nothing ".

The book didn't believe me and neither did I but I don't remember doing anything that could have caused this either. The book sighed, " There's some water in his head, It's very little so it shouldn't be making him act like this ".

I pointed down at him, " Can he even see you? plus I don't think the water caused this ". The book sighed, " You're not as dumb as you look ". I frowned, " I should wash that foul mouth of yours ".

The book laughed nervously as she flew away from Sydney, " His mind and that of the NPC are all scrambled together. This'll take a while to fix ". Did you hear that? I did but I'm too busy screaming my heart out to care.

" Why can't I have some good luck "? I poked Tyler's head, " So there's no fixing him at the moment "? The book nodded and I sighed, " What about his mission? Is it paused ".

The book made a face, " That's impossible, there's technically nothing wrong with him so the mission can't be paused ". I rubbed the bridge of my nose, " Alright, what exactly are his missions "?

The book smiled and I suddenly got another notification.

I agreed and saw his latest mission, [ I can check the others later ] So I'm supposed to break an enchantment on the evil Queen's daughter or else we both fall under the spell. You heard me, WE both get enchanted.

The book suddenly disappeared and the door opened. Doc came in, obviously surprised " I heard you fell into the fountain Snow, are you alright "? I nodded [ I can't get tired of handsome men worrying about me ] " I'm fine but can you take a look at my friend here "?

Doc pushed up his glasses as he looked at Tyler, " I've never seen him before. What's his name "? I shrugged lightly, " His names Ty....I mean Hunter, his name's Hunter ". [ That sounds believable ]

Doc nodded, " What exactly is the problem "? I got up, " I fell in the fountain and tried to balance myself. Then I pulled him in with me ". Doc seemed surprised, I had no idea why and a notification popped up again.

[ What did I say? ] " What's wrong Doc "? He shook his head and looked at Tyler. " He'll be fine, Maybe some rest for a couple of days and he should be fine ". I nodded, " Like how much rest exactly "?

Doc shrugged, " A week's worth of rest should stabilize him ". I twitched slightly as I forced a slight smile [ My luck's really rotten ]
