ALLAN'S POV

today i woke up with my body aching because of my magic circuits. Aunt Clarisse told me that it is common for novice magicians to end up overloading their magic circuits while trying new types of magic for the first time, she also told me that I will be fully recovered in two or three days.

" good morning Master." I heard Serenity's voice through telepathy.

Due to the fact that I can't use my magic circuits for the next few days I won't be able to supply magic energy to Serenity, that's why she will stay in her spirit form to minimize the expenditure of magic energy until I recover.

"Good morning Serenity. How are you feeling? If you need energy just say so and I'll provide some for you." I spoke a little worried about Serenity.

"Don't worry master, as long as I stay in my spirit form I can stay fine for a week without the supply of magic energy. so no need to worry master." Serenity spoke through telepathy.

" I understand." I said to Serenity.

"Is it eleven o'clock already?" I said as I looked at the clock that was on my bedroom wall.

*sigh* "Asia must have been overwhelmed by having to cook breakfast by herself for everyone in the house." I sighed thinking of the extra effort Asia must have put in today.

I got out of bed with my body aching, even though my magic circuits were overloaded there was no damage to my body so I'm able to move calmly. After taking a refreshing shower and brushing my teeth I went downstairs and saw Aunt Clarisse talking on the phone.

"so Martha-chan about the two devils I felt entering the city don't interfere with them."

"Hey I was also taken by surprise by the arrival of these two, I didn't expect that."

"Does Martha-chan really want to face Grayfia Lucifuge?"

"See? that's why I told you not to interfere with them. I don't know why she's here, but she's probably going to come to my house. so please don't mess up Martha-chan, see you later." Aunt Clarisse hung up the Phone.

"oh good morning sleeping beauty. how are you feeling?" Aunt Clarisse spoke.

"My body is a little sore but other than that it's ok. oh and good morning to you Aunt Clarisse." I replied to Aunt Clarisse.

"So Aunt Clarisse what you were talking to Martha about on the phone." I asked Aunt Clarisse.

from what i understand from the phone conversation two devils arrived in town and maybe they'll arrive at our house and there's also a woman called Grayfia Lucifuge, I don't know why but I feel like I've heard that name before.

"I don't understand the situation myself either. I know I made a mess of the underworld three years ago but I don't think they would send Grayfia just for that..." Aunt Clarisse was talking but stopped talking when we heard the ringing of the doorbell.

"Have they arrived yet? That was quick, Allan you can sit on the couch and I'll answer the door." Aunt Clarisse said as she walked to the door.

I sat on the couch and then I heard the door open.

"Grayfia for a long time." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

"You can come in, feel free." Aunt Clarisse invited them in.

then two people entered the room, a girl and a woman.

the girl had blue eyes and long red eyes that are tied in a ponytail behind her head. she is also wearing a green dress that features a cleavage that exposes her above-average bust.

the woman has silver eyes and hair, her long hair is tied in a braid on her back and two small braids on the sides of her head. she is dressed as a maid.

after the two entered they went to the other sofa, the red-haired girl sat on the sofa and the maid stood behind her, and Aunt Clarisse sat on the same sofa as me.

there was silence for several seconds here in the living room, honestly i couldn't think of a way to break that silence.

please let me, my name is Grayfia Lucifuge and I am a maid of the Gremory house, I came as Riana-sama's escort." the woman named Grayfia spoke to break the silence. but when I heard the name Gremory I finally understood why I feel like I've heard the name of Grayfia Lucifuge.

"I... I'm... I'm Riana Gremory, it's a pleasure to meet you." the red-haired girl who is called Riana introduced herself shyly.

"Yes it's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Allan Graysen." I introduced myself to both.

"well I think everyone already knows who I am but I'll introduce myself, my name is Clarisse Aizawa." Aunt Clarisse introduced herself.

"Now then, what is the reason for one of Lucifer's little sisters and the strongest queen to come visit my humble abode." Aunt Clarisse spoke straight to the point.

"Well Clarisse-sama... we want you a favor." Riana spoke up.

"A favor? what do you want?" Aunt Clarisse asked.

" Clarisse-sama... please... please save Kuroka." Riana said in a pleading tone as she lowered her head.

"Do you want me to save someone when I don't know anything about this Kuroka?" Aunt Clarisse spoke to Riana.

"well…it's just…" Riana is trapped in her own words. at that moment Grayfia-san put his hand on Riana's shoulder.

"Riana let me explain to Clarisse Aizawa." Grayfia-san spoke to Riana.

" Clarisse Aizawa you remember the incident at the Naberius lab." Grayfia-san asked Aunt Clarisse.

"Just so you know Grayfia, I'm not going to pay you any damages because I wasn't wrong." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

"Kuroka is one of the children who suffered in Naberius' experiments." Grayfia-san spoke with a small tone of sadness, while Aunt Clarisse was silent.

"After the Naberius incident we took in the children from that laboratory. Among these children were Kuroka and her younger sister Shirone, Shirone joined Rias Gremory's peerage as her tower, while Kuroka joined Riana's peerage as a Bishop." Grayfia-san spoke up.

"ok I get it, so Kuroka is one of those kids right? let me guess, Kuroka is in serious condition because of the strange substances they put in her in those damn experiments, isn't she?" Aunt Clarisse spoke to Grayfia-san.

" exactly." Grayfia-san spoke up.

"Grayfia, let me ask you something. why us? even though the damage I caused in that lab was covered up by you to avoid political trouble, you must have several options to cure that girl, right?" Aunt Clarisse spoke.

"Clarisse... you're our last option. We've already tried all other ways and still Kuroka hasn't improved." Grayfia-san spoke up.

"By the way, why are you asking me to cure this Kuroka person? I'm not a doctor you know that." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

"Clarisse after what you did in the underworld we put a small group of devils on the outskirts of your town to prevent some fool from teasing you again." Grayfia-san spoke up.

"You left some devils watching us, so what? what does that have to do with you guys asking us for help." Aunt Clarisse said as she crossed her arms.

"Tamamo-no-mae and Letícia Fernandes." Grayfia-san spoke up.

when Grayfia-san spoke the names of Tamamo and Leticia I already understood that they are very involved in this story. due to the fact that the two were in a serious condition in the past and are now living in our city already shows that we can be involved with the recovery of the two.

"Grayfia, let's face it. What are you going to offer us to cure that girl." Aunt Clarisse went to the main point.

"first we would forget what you did in the underworld." Grayfia-san spoke up.

"Grayfia talking like that you make it sound like I was the one who harmed them first when in fact they were the ones who acted first against me." Aunt Clarisse said as she crossed her arms.

"Nevertheless the political chaos that followed that was very serious." Grayfia-san said with a little tiredness.

"ok I understand. so how about we do it this way, in exchange for that girl named Kuroka will be cured the house Gremory will do us some small favors." Aunt Clarisse said.

"what favors?" Grayfia-san I say while clenching my fists anticipating exaggerated demands.

"I don't look at myself like that, in fact my demands aren't even that exaggerated." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

"What are your demands Clarisse?" Grayfia-san spoke after sighing.

"first I'll want magic books." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

Needless to say, everyone was surprised by Aunt Clarisse's demand.

"magic books? for you?" Grayfia-san asked thinking he might have misheard.

"No, they're not for me. The books are for Allan." Aunt Clarisse said pointing her index finger at me.

"So Clarisse-sama, I don't want to seem impolite but what relationship would you have with this gentleman?" Riana asked politely.

"Oh, Allan? well he's my nephew, is there a problem?" Aunt Clarisse spoke without caring about their reaction.

they were both surprised, although Riana couldn't hide her surprise, Grayfia-san only slightly widened her eyes before returning to her usual calm expression.

"Hey Aunt Clarisse..." I tried to talk to Aunt Clarisse but she interrupted me.

"Allan I know you want to ask why I asked for more books when you already received so many books a few days ago, but let me tell you something."

"The more knowledge of magic you have the better it will be for you."

"The best magicians in the world developed their own magic formulas after studying various types of magic throughout their lives."

"And also Allan, in this chaotic world only the strong can protect themselves, if you want to protect yourself and your loved ones then you will need to be strong."

"That's why I want you to learn more about magic and become stronger to protect yourself." Aunt Clarisse said to me.

"Grayfia about the books you will deliver to us. I want them to be diverse on all subjects and all types of magic."

"and also the books don't have to be high rated books, they can be normal rated as long as they have good content for studying magic." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

"Alright the Gremory house has no problems with the first demand." Grayfia-san spoke up.

"Isn't that good, Allan? ever since you learned about the supernatural you've always enjoyed trying out new spells." Aunt Clarisse said to me.

"well, yes." I replied awkwardly.

the way Aunt Clarisse told Grayfia-san and Riana must think I'm a person obsessed with magic.

"Now then let's talk about the second demand." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

"And what's your second demand, Clarisse?" Grayfia-san asked.

"It's a simple enough thing. Look at Grayfia I want the Gremory house to discover the identity of a certain devil for me." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

is Aunt Clarisse referring to that piece of shit?

"What do you want with that? Clarisse." Grayfia-san asked Aunt Clarisse.

"So Grayfia, you must have already done your homework on us, right? so you must already know about Asia-chan's circumstances, right?" Aunt Clarisse said with a smile but her eyes weren't smiling.

"the little girl who was excommunicated from the church? but Clarisse this..." Grayfia-san was talking but was interrupted by Aunt Clarisse.

"Grayfia, frankly speaking... do you really believe that a devil who was seriously injured would hide in a church, the same church where Asia-chan the Twilight Healer would be living, by sheer coincidence? ." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

"That fucking devil must have gone to that church to trick Asia-chan and then sully her name." Aunt Clarisse said with a cold angry expression.

"Grayfia, my second demand is that you discover the identity of this devil and let me know so I can have a little talk with him." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

everyone understood what she meant by 'having a little chat'.

Grayfia-san was silent for a few seconds, in those seconds Aunt Clarisse spoke.

"Alright Clarisse, we'll accept the second demand. but we'll need some time to deliver results." Grayfia-san spoke while letting out a sigh.

"My third demand is that... Akeno Himejima who is the queen of Rias Gremory come visit my house." Aunt Clarisse spoke.

Grayfia-san and Riana were surprised by this demand.

"but why do you want Akeno-san to visit?" Riana spoke in surprise. but then she realized she had raised her voice and then apologized.

"Clarise what you..." Grayfia-san was talking but suddenly she stopped talking and looked at the door with a surprised look.

I looked towards the door and saw that Asia and Akino had arrived.

at that moment Riana also looked towards the door and was surprised.

"Akeno-san why are you here? didn't you say you would help Rias-oneesama get rid of some stray devils?" Riana said in surprise.

" what?" Akino was visibly surprised by Riana's words.

Akino wanted to say more, but was interrupted by Aunt Clarisse.

"Oh... Akino and Asia, welcome back. You two can sit here and I'll explain to you what's going on." she said to Asia and Akino.

the two soon sat on the sofa, with Akino on my right side and Asia sitting on the left.

"So Grayfia, you now understand the reason for the third demand, right?" Aunt Clarisse asked Grayfia-san.
