Chapter 65: Inhumane.

Kai's eyes widened in complete surprise as he stood frozen in shock. Being a highly sensitive individual to any form of energy, he was taken aback by the Lady's attack. He carefully assessed the situation, but to his surprise, he couldn't feel any form of energy in her attack. This left him feeling perplexed and unsure of what to do next.

"Senior, can you please explain what just happened to me? I can't feel any energy from her attack" Kai quickly sent a voice transmission to Senior Long.

"There is energy present in that attack; it's just that you can't feel the energy because it is an energy called soul energy", Senior Long explained.

Kai became more confused, "senior, what do you mean by soul energy?" Kai asked again.

"That's a type of energy that can only be cultivated by a cultivator who has a soul world, and this energy is mysterious, hard to defend against as it is not an energy that attacks the physical form, but rather the soul of a person." Senior Long explained.
