"You wish to be my disciple?" Owler was taken aback by Wil's request.
"Yes, I've met a lot of strong people in my life and even a few Ascended but I've never seen a Seer. Please, grant my request." Wil again cupped his fist with a bow in a respectful manner.
Clearly, he wasn't expecting that.
Since Astaria Island is a place that's out of the game's progression and Wil was being treated as an NPC, instead of the immortal from another world, he didn't expect that his level is already being exposed to Wil.
After all, the players' inspection skills are far higher than NPCs.
While NPCs can judge a person/beasts level and grade, a player can even see one's HP and a brief description that explains their background story.
Feeling sincerity from Wil, Owler stroked his beard for a couple of seconds, and replied, "Prince Llyne, You are the savior of Athledon. I don't mean to disrespect you but I can pass my teachings to only one disciple.
