Being my old self

I was really impressed with her ideas and suggestions earlier today. She was not only beautiful but also an intelligent woman. I kept munching on my pasta silently. I really loved bacon and pasta together. The combination was everything.

"She is making it hard for me to be my old self, I thought" Firstly she said I should keep my distance and now she is seducing and wooing me. Such a beauty, I said between my breathe.

We finished breakfast and everything was going smoothly. Hayden had asked us to gather at a hall in the hotel where we will be told our various commitments and plans to the Alpha project. I and other people on the team went back to our various rooms to take a short break before the meeting. Hayden was just silent and had a straight face throughout the whole breakfast, he kept acting like my old boss: the cold devilish billionaire boss.

Miss Brown, I will like to see you privately before the general meeting, Hayden said with a super cold voice, which made me to almost shiver.

Lara nodded her head in reply and on that Hayden left without saying any other word. I guessed he was in a really bad mood today but while was I even caring about him, he was a fucking damn rapist and liar who took me without my permission.

I left the breakfast hub soon after Hayden left and went to relax on my bed in the hotel. The meeting was scheduled for three in the afternoon so I had enough time to rest. I kept on wondering subconsciously what Hayden wanted to tell Lara but I couldn't understand why it was bothering me.

I decided to take a cool bath to relax my body and brain. I sat in the bath tub after filling it with warm water and shampoo . I loved the fragrance of everything which made me relax and sleep peacefully resting my head on the tub. I slept peacefully and didn't know when I passed a lot of time.

I opened my eyes slowly and was about to stand up when I slipped on something and fell hitting my head on some part of the bath tub. I screamed loudly in pain which was enough for anyone nearby to hear me. I kept on screaming loudly till I heard some bang the door, enter the bathroom and lift me up slowly. My vision was blurry and I was unable to see who it was till I fell into a deep slumber.
