A month after their wedding, they resumed work, and her manager had executed flawlessly during her absence.

Rosa deeply appreciated it.

The flood of congratulatory messages from everyone nearly overwhelmed her.

In the boardroom, she gathered with the department heads to discuss the marketing returns post the fur bag sales.

"Sylvia Designs stole our fur design, and they're experiencing increased sales due to their strong brand name," the accountant reported.

Rosa expressed frustration, "It's unfortunate that my project plan failed."

The accountant added, "CEOs of Tolly Airlines, Zion Bank, and Ranch Service Apartments contributed five hundred million for the community project."

Rosa, surprised, questioned their generosity, "Why did those CEOs contribute such a significant amount for us?"

"How do I reach them to personally thank them?" she asked.

"We can express gratitude via email addresses," suggested the manager.

Rosa insisted, "No, I want to meet them in person."

The manager of Tolly Airlines approached Rosa as she remained seated at the reception.

She was a beautiful young woman elegantly dressed. "Nice to meet you, Mrs. Smith."

"Please, I know this is a very reputable organization, but I would..." Rosa began, bowing.

"The CEO of the three organizations is one person, ma'am."

Rosa gasped. "One person owns Tolly Airlines, Zion Bank, and the very popular Ranch Service Apartments?"

She heard footsteps, turned, and saw her husband.

Confused, she wondered if he had followed her there.

The manager bowed, addressing him, "Welcome, Chairman."

Rosa was dumbfounded. "Chairman?"

He pulled her out to his car parked outside, and they sat in silence.

Rosa tried to comprehend the situation.

If the manager referred to him as chairman, what did it exactly mean?

"I am the chairman of all those companies. My father had established the airline since thirty years ago and I managed it for twelve years. I groomed the others myself".

Rosa gasped. "Why did you keep it a secret from me?".

"A lot of men with my kind of financial status do that a lot. If our full wealth is exposed, how do we know the genuine ones?".

"You actually didn't trust my love for you right?".

"We both know how much it took time for you to discover what you really felt for me Rosa".

She sighed deeply.

"We are going to work together as husband and wife right?You will help me manage everything I have. I fell in love with you because of your level of intellect".

"You have so much confidence in me, Raymond ".

"I am your husband. I should be your greatest cheerleader".

She leaned to kiss him on his cheek.

He touched her hair and giggled. "What do you feel like eating my dear wife?".

"Spaghetti fries. What about you? Vegetable again?".

He chuckled. "My wife already know my favourite".

They burst into laughter.

"Name anywhere you want us to go?".

"...just one hotel with the best dish in the world".

"I know one. After food, will I be allowed to eat the real food?".

Sensing what he meant, she burst into laughter. "The real food is completely yours".
