The main point of the notice was requesting everyone to send information about their real-life basic conditions like family, their location, financial conditions, etc.

Certainly, no one would be foolish enough to send such information before the Spirit particles' introduction just 'cause the Guild's upper echelon asked.

But, the situation was different now that the world was changing.

Thus, the rest of the notice explained why they were asking the guild members to reveal such information.

One of the reasons mentioned was that the Guild's aim was to gather all the guild members along with their immediate family and loved ones in one place.
