As we both left the hospital, we went to his house and I stood there looking at him.

"I am sorry about the way my mom acted. I know you were not expecting it, but I want to let you know that my mom is a nice person and maybe she is just worried and doesn't want you and Linda to get into a fight. That was why she acted the way she did."

I smiled at him as I held his hands and stared up at him. I don't want him to feel worried about what happened with his mom. I know what I am going to do about them later, but now I want him to rest and not worry too much about me.
