The disaster begins

Swallowed up by the darkness, Reigner had only one worry.

It was the appearance of his nightmare happening. He didn't want the nightmare's monster to appear out of nowhere and begin his killing for real. This was the real world yet everything was so familiar...

At least Reigner found it familiar.

If the monster appears here, then their demise is inevitable. Reigner's eyes were shifting from side to side nonstop just to make sure that he is the one to die first. Inwardly, Reigner believed that this whole occurrence is because of him.

Or maybe he was the victim chosen to shelter the monster?

A lot of questions rose within his heart, but nothing could stop him from holding the lady! He constantly tapped her soft hand to reassure that everything is okay. Sylvie was doing the same and she had been the first one to do it.

In this darkness, their touch could be only felt.

The darkness disappeared a few minutes later, however.

"What happened? What was that? Is everyone okay?"

The class president spoke, his eyes skimming through the classroom. He found a lot of his friends and classmates in strange positions, then a few in very arousing ones, but he paid it no heed, and asked his questions.

As for Reigner and Sylvie, they fell to the 'cute sight' category.

He corrected his glasses, then took out the drone! It was the drone prepared for today's experiment and so it's batteries were full and ready to be used. His goal was to look out through the school and vicinity.

Of course, when the class president took out this drone, a lot of students followed his suit and reached out for their pockets after awakening from the stupor. With the cell phones in their hands, all of them displayed pure despair... There was no signal.

No one could be contacted.

Then, the chaos erupted in the school. The class of Reigner was not the only one to be swallowed up by the darkness. The whole school and probably neighboring streets and houses got swallowed by the unknown.

Everyone gathered by the class president's side and locked their eyes on the drone's screen.

"Reigner, do you have a signal?"

"No, why do you ask? Just look at everyone."

"Ah, you see, maybe someone's cell phone is lucky enough to have one..."

Reigner found it impossible, but he shrugged and showed off that there is no signal on his phone. The students wanted to be as cooperative as possible, so everyone began showing off their phones to build up enough trust in this strange situation.

It all led up everyone to look at Sylvie.

She glanced at the class and spoke briefly.

"I don't have a cell phone."

"Hah? Are you serious? Instead of books-"

"Are you so weak-minded that you have to prove your parent's wealth on every move?"

"Reigner... It's not like that..."

The lady instantly stopped talking when Reigner spoke up. It was also not the best situation to pick on others, so thanks to everyone looking at her with somewhat disappointing eyes, one of the female classmates lowered her eyes and remained silent.

As for Reigner, he got his hand tapped so it was a win.

"The school is in chaos. Let's look outside..."

The class president's drone flew past the window and the first houses entered its screen. Some people had never noticed the strange phenomenon going on which was surely because they had slept through it.

The noise of the neighbors had awakened them, however.

So everyone had experienced more or less the same thing.

"Is the whole city in a frozen state? I have never imagined it to be this disastrous..."

"Something interesting is finally happening in my life."

"Are you serious? This is scary!"

"And who knows what might be the result of this strange phenomenon? We either struck rich or became the most unlucky humans on the earth. Damn, I suddenly found a liking to this tension."

"Retard!"

As such small debates erupted around the class president, he continued to control his drone forward. He brushed next to a lot of houses, shops, and streets, then his drone stopped moving. It was not because the signal was lacking or there was some problem with his stuff.

The problem was with their world now.

"Was there a forest here?"

"No fucking way! Look clearly, there is still a little of soil's chunks around! The earth had been split apart! D-don't tell me our city was the only one to be... transported? No... This is another world?"

"Another world?"

One of the students exclaimed with happiness plastered on his face. Another world was as if the dream of his and looking toward his friends, the student found out that they were also ecstatic. The tension and dreams burst from within their hearts and they cheered!

"We will meet the goddess!"

"We will meet the princess soon!"

"We will get some slaves for fluff!"

"""""....""""""

While the class became silent with their expressions darkened, the three students joined their hands and applauded joyfully. But the disgusted female classmate just poured the cold water at them with her words.

"Why would the goddess choose you? If I were the goddess and saw you now, then I would run away from this place! Shut the fuck up and don't think you are chosen ones because our city probably was transported here! At least a million people are here, so good luck, you perverts!"

"""Aigo..."""

After calming down the three dreamy students, the attention of the class came back to the drone. They found the first end of the 'transported soil', but they had to find out more and learn about the situation.

Thus, the class president had chosen the opposite direction and flew with his drone. Once again, the sight of their school in chaos entered their eyes from aerial view. A few students were running toward their homes which was understandable.

Soon, however, the disaster began. The drone had found out the foreign people galloping toward their location on their horses... The foreign people were clad in the metallic armor and so their horses.

Their helmets were exuding something akin to green shadow from their eye sockets which was as if the foreign people aren't living beings at all. Their horses also had the same glittering lights. Covered by metallic equipment from top to bottom, the army was like an unstoppable tsunami going straight in the city!

"They don't look friendly."

"Wow, for real?"
