Vengeance: The Dark Werewolf King's Cruel Enforcer [BL]

[WARNING: MATURE CONTENT 21+ // this is the only warning for the book] "No one will want you after I'm done with you. It doesn't matter, even if you reject me. I will always have a new mate, but no one will want the scraps left by a royal enforcer." ***** Grant is an excellent royal enforcer and the pride of Acrod, the werewolf kingdom. However, when he is rejected by Alanor, the powerful lycan beast of the Midlands, he changes. He closes his heart and swears that he will never have a mate. Until the moon goddess gives him a weak and pathetic omega to be his mate, barely two months after his rejection. On the night he gets his mate, he also realizes that Alanor has found a different mate, the lycan prince of Udrad. Determined to show Alanor that he has moved on, Grant accepts Nour as his mate, and even presents him to Alanor, who is truly happy for Grant. But Grant isn't happy. He wants Alanor; who doesn't want him. So he takes out his anger and frustrations on the omega he is mated to. And as fate would have it, his omega mate is the ruthless, insane, and notorious dark werewolf that he has been on the lookout for. As if that isn't bad enough, he also learns that this omega is not only the hidden werewolf prince, meant to rule Acrod, but also Alanor’s ONLY best friend. But Nour wants just one thing; Vengeance for the pain he has had to endure, and justice for those wronged by the cruel enforcer. And he will have it; come hell or high water. *** // Sequel to "Alanor, The Lycan King's Prisoner." * When Fire meets Fate

Hi reader, this is not an actual update lol... just a little clarification for those who didn't read the prequel...

1. From the beginning, we were told that Delbert is a royal junior warrior who has a wife and two kids. There is constant mention of his family, but no one really says who they are or what they look like. not even a mention of whether they are wolves or lycans too.

2. Anhora is introduced as Nour's "omega" best friend, but from the beginning, Nour's ONLY best friend, actually the best friend we know of, is Alanor, who is currently in Udrad, thanks to the mess he made in the first chapters. but at least the description is clear with saying Anhora is the omega bestie.

3. Farah is introduced as one of the warriors of the king, and also one of the people who know Nour's true identity as the crown prince, just like Ferhat. However, as it progresses, Farah seems to be close to Delbert, because of how quick she is to tell that Nour is the Lycan's Erasthai / fated mate.

4. If you came from the prequel, then you already know that Darius is like a father to Delbert and Alanor. He is their guardian, thanks to a curse that is explained in the first book. Again, no worries about that. He cares for the lycan twins which could explain why he is here currently.

5. Sofia is here as the house mistress, something many consider a wife of sorts. so that means she is Delbert's 'wife,' given how much we have learned of the lycan.

6. All these characters are planted in Acrod to make Delbert's family, and to make sure that Delbert's true identity as a lycan is kept a secret from the people looking for him

** In the prequel, Delbert was the first half of the Merdel lycan twins, (Zaire - Delbert, and Zion - Alanor)two brothers so deadly that the universe had to find a way to keep them apart so the realm wouldn't collapse from the anger and pain that came with their true identities.

7. I hope I explained it well. So at this point, the fake family is here to keep Delbert safe, while the Wynter-nine are keeping Alanor safe on the other side of the realm.

8. Generally, Sofia is the wife, Delbert is the husband, Anhora and Farah disguise themselves as Delbert and Sofia's children, and Darius is like the father of Delbert. this makes the family that Delbert is known to have in Acrod

9. Remember, Delbert having a family is the only reason Grant trusts the junior warrior so much with his transgressions and cruelty towards Nour, because he knows Delbert has something to lose - family. Grant believes that Delbert can't screw him over, especially since Grant is a rank higher than Delbert on all fronts. Grant doesn't know about Delbert being a lycan.

10. That was long hihi... hope it makes sense now... if you need more explanation, just let me know

***** Also, the prequel is in my profile - Alanor, the lycan king's prisoner [BL]. it's complete, so yeah
