After the meeting we have a family meeting in which I put forward an opportunity for my children to gain experience in planning in the future.

Dante: "to start off this family meeting I want to say that you are all my dear family members and your wellbeing is my first priority. As for playing the role of the pawns I think Ichigo, Orihime, Chad, Uryu will do.

And Rukia will play a hostage role and Byakuya and Renji will play guards.

I think Kanji should play the general role as me and Sakura will be in the human realm monitoring the play.

And Moriko should play the Queen role as she will be second in command and helper to kanji command."

Ichigo: "Grandpa, why do we have to be the pawns? I don't like to follow orders and even if I do follow them, you can't put Orihime chan and my friends in harm's way. I would let you."

Sakura: "Hahaha, I can't wait for your wedding so you could give your mother her grandkids so I could make fun of her with the age jokes, you are so cute when you are so passionate about protecting your soon to be."

Dante: "I know right.

And as your question, Ichigo, you don't have to follow anyone's order as the whole point of this exercise is that in the real situation not all will follow the plan so the plan has to give objective to the pawns and manipulate the whole battle to what he needs.

So, for this exercise your objective is to save Rukia before her execution which will happen in ten days from now. So good luck and for your safety concern I let our people to follow all of you and protect you from the shadows without anyone finding them so you don't have to worry about dying, wounded in the combat maybe as we heal you so all you have to do is gain combat experience as you will needed for the future as you will be your father successor after him."

From then on, we talk about their role and objective for this exercise which we will be watching in my palace with Sakura, Isshin and Masaki but we let everyone know that we are in the human realm planning our retirements.

I teleported the Ichigo group outside of the central district so they could start.

I want to know what is the point of all of this when you could kill Aizen or Yhwach years ago before they become a problem." He said passionately to me and even looked at others in the room to get their positive response.

Dante: "Before I answer your question, it seems to me that I have failed you and your brothers and sisters to teach you the most important lesson of all in our kind living philosophy.

Kanji you must understand that after your ascension to the crystal cultivation stage you are not a normal human being anymore.

As for aizen he can be dealt with easily but he gives us an opportunity to teach something meaningful and the only thing left out is his victims which even with your power you could bring back or heal so when you take away the damage and victims that you can easily fix you remain with what we have here right now.

I really like the philosophy of teaching others how to fish instead of giving them the fish to eat.

So right now, start to think about what these people will do when we are not here to guide them or help them with their problems.

As they are my people so I never will abandon them but when I am not there for them my teaching is to always be with them at all times to guide them and protect them even from themselves.

So, you must do the same for your brothers and sisters as we are playing long games with thousands of multiverses and trillions of years of show time. So don't get soft on me in our first world and first few thousands of years. You must stay strong and to not get yourself corrupted with power, use them when it is needed in moderation.
