Arida's POV
Enrique and I request that we drop by my grandpa's house before we head into the royal palace.
I asked Enrique to wait in the market, and he agreed. From the market to the Oswald residence, it'll be fifteen minutes if I'll just ride a horse.
As soon as I arrive, the maids in the garden bow their heads. I saw my grandpa having his tea in his gazebo.
"How are you, Grandpa?" I ask.
He puts down the paper he's reading and looks at me in the eyes. His reaction turns sour, as I expected.
"You visit for what, huh? You and your mother are both stubborn," he asserts firmly.
I scoff and take a seat. I cross my legs and meet his sharp glances. "I'm sorry if you believed that I'd let you use me for whatever you're trying to aim for in life, Grandpa," I stated.
"This is for your future! I always said that even to your mother, but the two of you are nothing but stubborn and a disgrace in this family!" he roars.
