Find Ariel
Damien awakes from the hospital with Jessica.
"H-Hey, what happened?" Damien slowly sits up in bed.
"You screamed and dropped; we were so scared!" Jessica starts tearing up as she lunges toward Damien, hugging him tightly.
"Now, now no worries. See I'm fine now. Sorry I scared you." Damien says as he pats Jessica on her head and rubs her back. Jessica just buries her face into Damien's chest.
A few moments go by and Jessica releases Damien.
"Ariel!" Damien jumps out of bed, as soon as his feet hit the floor he drops to one knee, "Oof. Al-alright, I can't be doing that just yet, got a bit lightheaded there."
Jessica comes running around the bed and helps Damien to his feet, "What are you doing?! You're hurt, you need to rest!"
"But we need to find Ariel. Tyler did something to her and She's out there all alone." Damien says as he struggles to stay on his feet.
"What? Tyler took her. We must inform the police and the academy!" Jessica exclaims.
"And what would that do, Jessica? Those bastards have everyone in their back pockets. For Christ sakes they start brawls in the open, abuse people without hesitation, and damn near kill me twice and nothing has happened to them! If we don't go looking for her, no one will..." Damien says with a forlorn look on his face.
Crashing through the door, Lauren, and Emmy.
"Thank god we found you! We figured out what you were trying to say earlier!" Lauren points toward Damien.
Following behind Emmy and Lauren are two security guards! "Ladies you can't go busting through doors! You both will have to come with us!"
Emmy and Lauren get escorted out of the building.
Back in Damien's hospital room.
"Jessica, I think you should go with them for now, we will have to talk about this tomorrow." Damien pats Jessica on the head.
She nods and then leaves the hospital.
Outside the hospital.
"Come on, let's go home girls. Damien wants to talk to us tomorrow about Ariel." Jessica says as she approaches both Emmy and Lauren.
They both nod as they start heading back home.
Back in Damien's hospital room.
Damien gets dressed and leaves the hospital room.
He returns to the place he had destroyed, there is dry blood smeared all over the place, rubble from the collapsed walls and roof, and where he was there is a black burn mark about 10 feet in diameter.
"Damn." Damien says under his breath as he wanders around. "There's gotta be something here."
Damien spends the next few minutes searching around the place.
Lifting a broken piece of wall, Damien spots a cellar door. "Ah ha!" Damien swiftly opens the doors, "Damn, it's dark down there."
Damien stumbles around for a few minutes before he trips and falls flat on his face, "Ouch!" His body reacts and his eyes start glowing.
"Holy shit!" Damien eyes glow with a deep blue hue. "I can fuckin' see. How- Oh well gotta take what you get!"
Damien accepts the fact that when he releases his magic power, he can see, doesn't really know why but he goes with it for now.
Damien heads down the cellar.
"Let's see what I can find." Damien marches down the stairs, thankfully he can see.
He sees a long corridor leading to a unopen door. He approaches the door and listens in. Not sound but Damien own heartbeat and the slow drip of water from the ceilings can be heard.
He slowly opens the door, only to find a big room full of cages. This room is as dark as the corridor. The room is designed in a cylinder shape with four cages sitting in the back and a few desks covered in dust on the opposite ends. Hanging from the ceiling is a massive chandelier.
Damien goes searching for a light switch, but as he gets closer to the cages, he notices movement inside.
He rushes over to see what it is and sitting in the back end of the cage is a women dressed in ripped up clothes, the smell coming from the cage is putrid.
The girl is huddled against the back end of the cage, shaking as Damien approaches her.
In a soothing voice "Sh. It's okay." Damien breaks the lock on the cage opening it up. The girl starts screaming.
Damien looks around and sees the other cages have people in them as well. None look like Ariel though.
He breaks open the other cages and tries to quell the girls.
"It's alright. No one's going to hurt you anymore." Damien says.
Luckily though the girls eventually pass out from a few seconds of screaming, as they haven't eaten or drank much for the last few weeks.
Damien picks the girls up one by one and brings them outside. "Easy now." He lays one down on the ground as he goes to grab the others and does the same.
Once all girls are out, he calls the paramedics and tells them that there are four women extremely malnourished and in need of medical attention. He gives the address of the place and waits until he can hear the sirens of the ambulance approaching and then flees the scene.
"Hopefully they get what they need." Damien says as he rushes off to his dorm room.
Damien walks slowly back to his room when he sees something strange going on down one of the alleys close to his dorm.
Two men seem to be arguing and one of them seems to be getting quite aggressive. Sadly, it's a well unlit place so Damien must use his magic to see. Once he does, he recognizes one of the individuals. Spencer!
Damien runs towards the two, but they notice him coming and all Damien can hear is "Get out of here!" And the two-start moving at incredible speeds.
Damien, still injured from everything, stops, and makes a mental note of these two meeting in a dark alley arguing about something.
Damien sighs and returns to his dorm room.
"What a fucked-up day." Damien says as he throws his clothes in the wash bin and takes a shower.
"I'm sorry Ariel, you're going to have to wait a bit longer. I hope those girls are going to be alright. I can't believe those fuckers are kidnapping people!" Damien says as he turns the shower off and gets dressed.
He lays down on his bed staring into his ceiling. "Where are you, and once I see those fuckers again, I'll make them pay ten times over."
Damien turns over and closes his eyes, "Time to get some rest though got a big day ahead of me."
