John and Helen sighed and shook their head at Alan's words and continued having their dinner.

After dinner, they sat down and started talking again.

Helen looked thoughtful and asked. "John, Are we not going to my parents home? Why are you asking Alen to practice at your estate?"

Helen took a deep breath and then smiled " Ok John we will stay with you and Elizabeth for now. Besides as you said, Alan will also have someone to play with.

John was delighted. He pondered for a moment, then produced a ledger and handed it to Helen. "I almost forgot about this. It reflects the earnings from your parents' and Alec's assets which you both had left in our care. It is up to the day we departed from Green Town."

Helen groaned in frustration. John, how many time do you want me to repeat myself. We don't need anything out of it. I just wanted to have my parent's house and the one Alec and me bought after our marriage. Both of them are purely for me to cherish them that's all.

He noded his head in confirmation and with a wide grin.
